Doll Mountain Campground

Run by Corps of Engineers. Sites are on mountain side with little or no access to lake, but beautiful views. Some rv sites are 50 amp & some 30 amp. There’s a steep boat ramp for riding or fishing (and a small dock). Great place to be in nature away from everything. Little cell service.

Stayed at Doll Mountain COE Campground in Elijay, Ga.  Beautiful, peaceful park with level concrete pads, picnic table, stitting area, grill and fire pit.  We stayed in #31, but 29-33 are all good with 32 being the “best” as there is a walkway to the water.  I did use the showers and they were clean but no doors, just a curtain!  Nice boatramp and water was super clear.  Would recommend if your in the area #neverenoughsunsets

Nice park with level spots and clean restroom/bath house. Easy to reserve and with minimal personal contact these days everything was straightforward to get in,locate and set up. 

What a wonderful campground quiet and peaceful. Would like to stay longer but it's time to go home...were snowbirds

Have not stayed here really wanted to stay but the host being so rude and when we was looking around the campgrounds  we was only given a 20 min pass and we where on our way out and he came back in there looking for us and said you know that pass was only for 20 minutes. So many sites we loved there but was rushed and was rude too us so we left and went to Woodring Campground and this is where I am at now camping posting this. Host here are great actually went to there site and talked with them for awhile last night love it here.

Great place.  Reservation was easy and flawless.  Sites are not crouded lots of room between neighbors.  Extremely well maintained.  No sewer hookup but shower/ bath houses clean and we'll placed.  I believe there is a dump station for when we leave.  

Stayed here four nights in Summer 2016. Came here bc I read that the nearby town is among the top little towns in the country to visit. We were not disappointed. However, we loved the campground. Our site overlooked the lake and was surrounded by tall trees. We camped in half a dozen states that summer and this was the only one where we felt like we were really camping in the woods alone. Highly recommend.

We stayed a long weekend during the fall. We have a 39' 5th wheel and got a pull thru over looking the lake. Very helpful employees. Our support arms would retract when we were getting ready to leave and management came to help and called a repairman that came out on a Sunday. Enjoyed the views and just down the road from Ellijay. Will go back.
