Georgia Rest Area #34 (Northbound)

Filled with truckers needing to rest, no room when we arrived at 10:30pm. Car lot is steep for 5th wheel parking.

Stopped here about 1 am on a Wednesday night- two buildings and two levels with restrooms. The building at the top of the hill is locked at 10 pm. Still wasn’t open at 6 am so hike to the bottom of the hill for restrooms. A lot of semis parked over night, several campers and car sleepers. Noise is ok. Trash cans and dumpsters outside all overflowing though. Plenty of dog walking space. Would be a beautiful place if the trash was emptied! Easy in and out. 3 miles further north there is a Love’s with Burger King and Subway and a new Bucee’s going in across the street.

Signs actually say " Prohibited ", but space was clean and ample parking

Came during mid-day. Lots of green space to stretch and relax. Upper auto section and a separate rv/trailer parking.  We stopped for a break and it was clean and restful. 
Sign says “ Overnight Parking Prohibited “ ???

As of 4/29/19 it's open.
