Cracker Barrel Sioux Falls - I-29 Exit 78

Called ahead to make sure we could stay. The lady said “absolutely dear!”. Got there around 10pm and parked in the rv parking space next to two other rvs. Probably 7 rvs there when we got there and about a dozen when we left at 6:30 am. We felt very safe. Not much noise except a business (maybe Cracker Barrel) was playing music all night which I found slightly annoying but I was really too tired to care. 

Another good night at Cracker Barrel. Lots of RV'S spent the night. Great breakfast. Thanks Cracker Barrel

Great stop level parking lots of restaurants around you.  BEST BREAKFAST...always eat at cracker barrel for allowing us to park.

Good ol Cracker Barrel! Quiet and peaceful 

We had a fabulous day at Cracker Barrel last night. The parking area for RVs is pretty small with not a lot of turnaround room but the overflow parking for CB is actually in the adjacent cinema parking lot, which is huge. Buddies we are traveling with heard someone walking around the parking lot in the middle of the night whistling but I imagine they might have been calling their dog and taking it for a walk. We parked under a big light and felt very secure.

Nice place to park. Felt safe. There was some road noise but you get use to it.

Fortunately this CB borders a large movie theater & they have a favorable relationship with them. Our 42' class A w/ toad would not have been able to navigate the CB lot - probably 5 RVs there when we arrived @ 4 PM. Pulled in the theater parking lot & then checked with the CB staff about overnighting in the theater parking lot. They told us we were welcome to park in the theater lot. By the time we got up in the AM there were at least 11 RVs b/t CD & the theater. Great meal & then on the road. Thanks CB!

Nice stay, no issues. A noisier spot because it’s located near a movie theater and several restaurants, so expect noise. 6 other RVs here with us. Several mostly flat spots. Trashcans located near the building. Recommend. 

Clean convenient to everything place to stop.  Large movie theater behind.  Nice location!  Peace.

Passing thru, needed an overnight spot (and chicken & dumplings).  Didn’t call ahead based on info found here.  Lots of room to park, quite a few rigs.  Good nights sleep, good food, very pleasant staff.

Staying in town for 1 night waiting for tire replacement. Went to this location since saw overnighting allowed. Bought dinner here. Quiet after restaurant wound down.

A few rigs came in after us. Plenty of room in huge adjacent movie theater parking lot if this fills up.

Good location just off the highway.

Called and verified we could stop for the night.  Was told yes and to park on the outer area.  This is in a shopping area so plenty of places to get what you need for trip etc.  Had a nice breakfeat before heading out on rest of our trip.  

Spoke with manager was and they’re completely ok with overnight parking, highly recommend!!

We had a great quiet night here last week. Awesome well lit parking lot with a few other rigs near us. 

Stayed overnight had dinner great food and super service thanks cracker barrel 

Rang and asked to stay and they were more than happy to have us stay. There were two other campers and plenty of spots to park in. Larger rigs were around the back. Traffic noise wasn't a huge problem and felt safe here. 

As others have said park behind cracker barrel in the movie theater parking lot. Nice resturant had a good meal and a good rest

There were 7 other trailers/RVs that stayed that night. We dined at Cracker Barrel for dinner and it was busy but only waited 10 minutes for our table. Food came out quickly and Morgan was a great server. The lot was quiet and we went to lupulin brewery in the same lot for a beer after dinner. 
Most of the trailers started pulling out about the same tome as us-around 9am. Not problems pulling in or out in our 31’ RV and tow vehicle. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great location with plenty of parking, a 24 hour gas station right across the street, movie theater and brewery in the parking lot as well. Felt pretty safe with lots of other RVs in the parking lot. Definitely recommend. 

Plenty of free parking space also on the parking lot next to Cracker Barrel which belongs to the movie theatre. Lots of people made use of it, probably around 10 campers that night, but everybody had their privacy still due to it being such a large parking lot and many options to park for the night. Also a very nice brewery across the street. 

Stayed one night with no issues. It was a quiet restful night. There was one other RVer there when we arrived and another when we woke up and still had plenty of room. Movie theater parking lot next door if needed for bigger RVs. 

The spaces are to the left of the building. Very short and tight spots and oh so very slanted. Lots of bright lights and it was very loud until at least midnight. Seems like everyone in that area had very loud cars. It was quiet for about 4 hours until it picked up in the morning again. 

Cracker Barrel breakfast almost made it worth staying. 

The Rv spots were not long enough for us, a 42 ft fifth wheel.  There is an adjacent Theater parking lot which is very well lit.   We woke up with several other rigs by us. 

We stayed overnight with No Problems at all....Very Very Welcoming...Easy in & out...And food was delicious! Big Rigs by  movie theater...MGR of Cracker Barrel said its fine they don't mind...

Manager allowed us to park. We arrived late like around 1 am and lot was full in the RV sites. ( only about 5 slots) but we had room around side and back edges. Quite spot, felt safe and some of our crew had big breakfast before we left.

This Cracker Barrel gladly allows overnight parking. We were the only ones there, it was nice and quiet. Nice area, felt very safe! I highly recommend!

Reading the other reviews, there seemed to be a debate as to how big the spots are.  Our friends had no trouble in their truck camper as you would expect.  But our 49.5 foot trailer and truck would not come close to fitting in a single space.  Hung out about 5’ at each end.  Not acceptable in such a small area.  One reviewer said he was able to angle his bigger rig in.  Yeah, if you take up several spaces!   Not cool!  Another reviewer said the spaces are about 40’ long.  I think that’s spot on.  
As others have done, we pulled over into the theater parking lot.  There are signs that say “No commercial vehicles” but nothing else.  Just to be on the safe side, we asked the theater manager if it was OK? No problem.  Since it was a hot evening, we took in a movie after having dinner at Cracker Barrel.  
We did note an empty liquor bottle on the grass near the RV spots when we first arrived.  When we got back after the movie, it was almost dark.  We noticed several guys milling about.  Walking through the theater parking lot like they were looking for an unlocked car and generally hanging around the area.  We watched them for a while but finally shrugged it off and went on to bed.  Had no issues overnight.  Would I stay there again?  Yeah probably since there aren’t many options in the area. 

Decent lot, easy access.  The designated spaces are a bit sloped (side to side), and as others noted larger rigs are more diffcult.  We had to park at a bit of a "V" shaped angle in our lane to mostly fit our truck & 38' fifth wheel - overhanging either side by a few inches.  Would fit overall 40' length.  Motorhomes could unhook toad, or you could unhook longer rigs from trucks.  The movie lot is really close, but there was only one other RV in the Cracker Barrel lot when we pulled in very late and we squeezed into our lane.

Only 5 spots for RV’s to park- get there early if you want one to spend the night.

We were the only rig here on a Thursday night.  Quiet after movie theater and restaurants closed.  That said, there's a lot of restaurants, stores and the theater right in the area

I stay at Cracker Barrell restaurants often and as usual the staff and manager are great. Asked permission as always and was given permission with a great attitude.

I knocked a star off because it's not big rig friendly, however... You can park in the movie theater parking lot behind the cracker barrel. We have a 38ft Class A and tow car and we were not even close to fitting unless we unhooked. Instead, we just parked along the edge of the movie theater lot and had no issues. It was nice and level. We had dinner at cracker barrel and drinks at Hydra Brewing. If you love good beer, this is a must stop! Hydra was absolutely fantastic!!! 

Friendly staff!  Good food!  The RV next to us ran their generator all night!  It is a parking lot to overnight at, not camp!  One RV had slides and cones out and took up 8 parking spots when they were open!  After a late dinner we talked to the manager and he said we could stay overnight!  We came back for lunch and church!

Some old man posted a review of short units only. Wrong! 37 foot Class A with a toad no problem. 5 spots behind the building. People said it was loud but I thought it was pretty quiet. Stupid complainers

Our unit was too long for the space (less than 30ft trailer with a crew cab pickup).  We parked at the movies across the road.  Urban sounds yes but he it's in the city.  It was def quieter than a truck stop.

The only reason a three is very noisy.  We actually parked behind Craker barrel in the movie lot parking.  Checked in with theater first, very nice about it.  Grassy area to walk the dogs.  Many options for eating.  

Loud! It's a very noisy intersection. Lots of movement. It's 10:36 pm and people are everywhere!!!!!!!!
