Fort Dodge Walmart Supercenter

We are a 40’ MH towing.   The parking lot is huge we stayed at the end of the lot close to Target driveway.   There were 2 people that slept in their cars.   It was a quiet place and we felt safe.  We would stay again.  

There were about a dozen homeless in cars through the night. Not unheard of at Walmart But, While this is a HUGE lot four of them parked in the spaces directly in front of my motor home almost as if trying to box me in.  Too late to go elsewhere so late with nearest option nearly two hours away.  Nothing beyond this happened but I was creeped out all night.

We were the only ones there - not even a truck. Parked near the target but in the Walmart lot. There seemed to be lots of traffic but by 10pm it was quiet. Did do a little shopping while we were there. 

I guess Walmart has decided to play very loud music in the parking lot all night. It’s tolerable if you have you windows closed. 

Very quiet, extremely large parking area, they ask to park by Target, place for several truck or motor homes, to continue allowing parking they ask to return carts to their proper area, easy to get there via GPS

Nice quiet parking lot. Management asked us to park on the Target side which was by the island along the row of trees.
