Oasis Campground

Fairly level sites, a bit tight. Dependable utilities. WiFi is standard for most RV parks. Easy access. Road noise is minimal considering how close it is to I-90. Staff was efficient but not overly helpful or friendly. Appearance-wise, this place could use some TLC. It’s looking tired and there appears to be many long timers that could use a pick-up/clean-up day. It’s nice to be able to walk to a pretty good restaurant and grocery store. Roads within the park need maintenance. Not bad for an overnight stay. Didn’t use pool or public showers so no comment on them.  ATT - weak,2 bars most of the time 

I don’t mind the mild highway noise, but don’t get pull through sites 18-20.  We are in a curve and my sewer connection is about 2 feet away from my neighbors steps   Yuck. I didn’t need to hook uo as we are just doing a quick stop.   A little pricy for this time of year.  Their pool is still open in mid Sept but too chilly outside     The Al Oasis stores nearby have a very big grocery store     Restaurant looked good- just had dessert 

Friendly checkin, clean showers, and overall nice clean campground on the interstate. 

Agree with previous comments, I paid close to $75.  Site 12 faces the interstate. If you have kids, this would probably work well for you, as there are a lot of kids around here, and they sound like they are having lots of fun. Not my cup of tea. However, I highly recommend the mercantile across the street for shopping!

Level lots - price was closer to $70.  

Fine if you have a big RV with AC and you stay in and watch TV. Not fine if you want a little piece and quiet and a bit of shade. Stores are across the street, not on site. Laundry is nice. Wifi didn't connect.

Only stayed for the night but will be back.  Love the area.  Campground was very neat and accessible for big rigs.  A little highway noise but the stars made up for that.

Great campground! Pool, very clean restrooms and showers with a lot of stalls for both! Laundry room, playground, basketball court, pet friendly. Very friendly staff.  Only reasons I did not give it 5 stars is our cable didn’t work and we have a class A motorhome and they put us on site #73 which was a back in site, not level and very close to the cabins next door and to the campsite next door.  Would stay there again, but not in sites 73-75. We stayed 3 nights. WiFi did not work at all for us. We got 3 bars of T-mobile. 

Good site. FHU, AARP discount, staff was friendly and helpful. Includes 3 to 5 cents off gas at Sinclair across the road. Cold and windy, steady hey noise, but good park.

It was a nice place to spend the night with easy access to the highway. We got there after hours and there were plenty of level sites available but that might be because it was the end of April. Could hear the highway most of the night. 

Great little park. Easy to find. Check in was easy and kind staff. Clean park that was easy to get into. However had to back out of our pull through to avoid branches scraping camper. Pool looked nice but closed for the season. Shower house looked very clean. Noisy highway but didn’t bother us. FHU. Stayed one night. Would stay again. 

Good size pull thru. Clean, well maintained. Just a little close to I-90, so you will get highway noise. 

Spent only a night. It was clean and quiet and shady. Nice showers. We didn't use the pool, but saw several folks  taking a dip throughout the afternoon. Friendly and helpful staff. Near freeway, but noise wasn't noticable. Would stay again.

Nice park, laundry was open. Play ground and pool wad available. We didnt use as it was cold from a freak early cold front. Price was ok maybe  bit high . Staff was friendly. When you sign in they give you a coupon for a local station. 5 cents off a gal if pay cash 3 cents off if credit catd.

Nice community. We were given a terrific space with lots of room & it was the only cement pad in the area. We didn’t use the facilities such as their bathrooms or pool, but they looked clean and well maintained. Dog area on the property was good. Park not crowded. Property had some mature trees. Good view of the water across highway. 

Stayed here for 3 nites. Average park with full hook ups next to the highway.  Found a corp of eng park 10 miles for town for 18$ with 50 amp service. Beets 42$ a nite.

First, this is NOT Al's Oasis.   It is Oasis Campground.  It is accross the street from Al's . 

We had a pull through next to the highway. It was very noisy all night long. Site was level and long, but a little too narrow. I had to prune some tree limbs in order to open the slides. 

We just got back after spending 2 nights at this spot. Full hookups, WiFi, cable TV, pool, clean restrooms and showers. Close to Interstate but you don't hear the traffic that much. 

Charge extra for each person & for each pet
Not my idea of a camping experience on a vacation
So we passed!! 

Arrived during a terrible rain, wind storm but the young man who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We survived the storm that night; next morning we got a better view of the campgrounds . . . looked very nice; most were pull-thru and level. Would stay again.

I don't know why people have to complain about ever little think now a days.  Staff was very friendly, camp sites were pull in level and the noise from the interstate is not nearly as bad as some reviewers have stated.  Bunch of cry babies.  You basically have everything you need right here.  If we're ever this way again we'll stay here.

Didn't stay because we have 3 dogs. We always pick up after them. I'm sure some people don't,  but I wouldn't stay there out of principle. 

We stopped overnight returning from sturgis with 2 large 5th wheels and a 3rd vehicle with a bike trailer. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They made sure we had a spot to park the 3rd truck. The Park was very well taken care of. We are very glad we stayed here. Highly recommended!!!

Nice clean and friendly

Got a spot here after leaving "Parkway Mini-Mart and Campground" in Kimball, which is a dump.  Nice young folks in the office, nice grounds with a pool, restrooms, showers, laundry, all nicely kept.  Close to I-90 but noise not an issue.  Would definitely stay again.

We stayed two nights en route west to Rapid City, SD. The laundry and rest room/ showers are spotless, as is the pool. The hot showers are the best we have seen in many trips cross country! The staff is friendly and helpful. We camped in a class A with toad on a pull through site next to 90. Road noise was not terrible. Good Sam discount is valid here, as well as AARP and AAA. Wifi worked fine and cable tv was good too. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Nice park for a few nights to catch your breath.  Long Level gravel sites with grass in between.  Very clean spacious restrooms and showers.  Several places to eat.  Friendly staff.  It is close to the interstate but that makes a easy off and on.  

We stopped on our way through for a night. We didn't have a reservation and they fit us in without any issues. The sites are close, but they had full hook ups so we were fine with it. The internet was pretty spotty. All in all, a decent spot to spend a night. 

Last minute stop on way to Black Hills. Hosts we super nice, facilities are very clean and spacious. Some highway noise but that really subsides  overnight. Already booked a night for our return later in the week.

This a pretty big campground and we had a good experience.  We could hear the highway traffic when the ac was off but it didn't bother us.  The lady who checked us in was very friendly.  Pool was nice and clean.  Lots of space to walk the dog.  We would stay again.

Very convenient place to get into and out of.  Good surrounding support for food, gas, and some tourists stuff.

The facility is very clean and well maintained!

It is next to the highway, it was hot and raining hard while we were there so between the AC running and the rain, the highway noise was not noticed till the next morning!

I would certainly stay here again if I passed back this way!

Great pool , fire pit, flat ,picnic tables ,garbage cans .Things are open pretty late in this park, best one we stayed in by far ,we just drove from Idaho this was one of my favorite ones we stayed twice on the way up and on the way back. Good people ,clean ,great showers clean bathrooms . All hookups

Stayed there one night great place for overnight stay noise wasn't as bad as some said but we did had air on

Nice place. Approx $36/night. Fairly level lot with pull-through. We stayed in a 34 ft motor home. The pull through space was long enough that we didn't need to unhook the car we were towing, which is always a plus! I'd stay here again. The scenery was beautiful!

  $37 for a WSE site just yards from busy interstate. WiFi is weak, cable TV is  restricted to ch 2-13, not the 47 channels listed in brochure. PLUS $1/pet/night. I always pick up after my dogs, but did consider getting my money's worth here ...

Very nice folks. Fairly level sites. Wifi worked. It was no problem getting in and out with our 40' coach towing. Easy access to and from interstate. Very nice and clean restroom/shower facility. We sleep with a fan on, anyway so highway noise was not a problem. Would stay again if in area.

We are 42' motor home plus tow.  This was a super easy campground to navigate and we had a very long level site (#16). Checking was fast and friendly.  Hookups were fine.  Cable TV was 12 channels, good enough for our overnight stay.  Wifi was super fast initially at 11 mbps but disappeared as campground filled up.  Walked over to Oasis bar and restaurant where food was surprisingly good.  Paid $34.12 which included tax and good Sam 10% discount. 

Right on the Interstate, closer even than many rest areas, so highway noise is noticeable. Request a site closer to the front by the access road rather than in the back by the interstate highway. Showers and bathrooms spacious and clean. One dollar charge for each pet. Cable TV only has 12 channels. All sites have 30 and 50 amp water sewer and cable. $35 with discount and tax and one pet charge.

Bathroom were extremely clean, pool very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Road noise not nearly as bad as other state below - couldn't hear a thing in the RV.  Sites long and easy access to hook ups.  Stayed one night heading to Sturgis. 

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Practically next to interstate without noise protection walls or vegetation. Very small sites. Unfortunately, the cable lineup did not include ABC, which made us miss the NBA finals game (so important for teen son!) 

I'm giving it 3 stars mostly because the wifi worked great and the staff was friendly. Nice bathrooms and showers. The rate of $34 per night seems high though. The highway noise is incredible, I've stayed at quieter rest areas.The pull-throughs have the worst noise. I seriously considered turning on the AC fan just to try to drown it out. I would not stay again unless there was a Passport America rate or the rates went down.
