“Old Orchard Beach Campground”
Great RV campground and I would definitely come back. Very clean and workers around all the time keeping it looking pristine. We stayed in the Black Forest area which had lots of shade and big lot. The RV pads were level but, gravel. The roads are all paved so there really wasn't dirt getting into the RV since we were on gravel. New Bathhouse, Pool, hot tub, and laundry at the Lazy River area. Very nice. We don't have kids but, there is lots to do if you do. This place is pretty big.

“Five Star Resort”
This is a well kept 5 star resort. We extended our stay here and the staff was great in making that happen. This park has all the amenities you could ever want. Sites are good size, well maintained with gravel pads, and really nice full hookups. They have multiple swimming pools, sports areas, playgrounds for children, cable hookup, great wi-if, well maintained clean bathrooms and showers and really nice laundry facilities. They are close to Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. We will definitely stay here again.

“Seadiverjoe”
One of the nicest, well maintained campgrounds we have ever stayed at. Friendly staff, level sites, wide enough roads, activities available for campers. Would call this more glamming than camping.

“Well kept facility ”
The grounds are well kept and the facilities as well. Pads are level and we got in easy with our 25’ motor home. Though it might be tight for bigger rigs. Laundry room and bathrooms were nice. Pool was nice. Friendly staff. Only thing that is annoying the gate with the key, and the guy that is ‘keeper of the gate’ apparently. But otherwise its a nice place and we would come back.

“Amenities Galore”
We stayed here Oct 16th when most campgrounds were closed for the season. It is a great place with all kinds of amenities from swimming pools, playgrounds, pickleball, basketball, dog park and a rec room. The Black Forest area is where most of the short term campers are. There are many seasonal sites. Large laundry and rest rooms that were spotless. 2.5 miles from beach.

“Great Campground”
One of the only campgrounds that would take a long weekend reservation. We called around to a few campgrounds, but they would only offer week long stays. Campground is extremely clean, large dog park, fun family area for wiffleball or basketball. They lacked activities, or at least if they did have them, they didn't advertise well enough. The staff was super friendly and the trolley to the pier was pretty quick. Sites we all good size and clean. Alittle pricey, but i guess inline with other Old Orchard Beach camprgrounds. We can't wait to go back next year.

“Tight spots”
Although the place was immaculate, they sites were very close together. Not my cup of tea. I am glad we were only spending 2 days here. Most of the campground we permanent spots, and those people kept to themselves. It's just okay for the money spent, but no segregated area for campers with dogs. Really don't enjoy being next to campers that leave their dogs for the day while it barks the whole time they are gone. Nice for kids though.

“Not our cup of tea...”
I’ll be honest … this is not the type of campground we usually frequent. We needed a place to hide during Labor Day, and they had an opening. The staff in the office is not very friendly – almost rude even. They don’t give you any information other than the standard map of the campground. No information on the trolley even though it stops right at the campground. Now the young men who worked the gate were very friendly so kudos. Interior roads are okay but can be tight when people park their cars on the side of the road. There are several different areas. Tall Pines is only seasonal. The other areas are a mixed bag of seasonals and transient. Bear Brook and Black Forest have more trees. A few sites may have satellite access but most will not. These are actually the nicest sites in my opinion. We were in the Grove section near the front. It is more open so satellite is possible in most sites. There is decent spacing between sites but no privacy. Our site was a short back in site with gravel and grass. We had to back the motorhome all the way up to the fence and still had to park the car sideways. They have cable but you had to use a box provided when we were there. WII FI in the Grove was terrible. It would work for a few minutes then go on the blink. We gave up and used our hot spots (Verizon was 4g 2 bars). It really irks me to pay $73 a night, and the internet doesn’t work. Road noise (especially motorcycles) can be heard throughout the park pretty much all day and night. It is noisier in the Grove section as it is right by the highway, and the trolley stops there. The store has some basic supplies but is a major rip off. They wanted $4.50 for a quart of half and half. On the plus side, the campground has lots of entertainment – wiffle ball court (didn’t know there was such a thing), corn hole, swimming pool, pool tables, and a basketball court. The campground is convenient to the beaches, Portland and Kennebunkport. IMHO it is nowhere near worth the price.

“Rude manager”
Its really sad how we were treated by the manager. They have an attitude that if you don't stay here, someone else will take your spot. It is a great park with a trolley stop to the beach. We won't be back. There are lots of RV parks in the area.

Absolutely loved this campground. Facilities are top notch, the sites large enough to easily accommodate big rigs, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to/from beach stops at the park, which makes the need to drive nonexistent. The only regret we have about our stay at this park is that we didn't stay long enough. We will definitely return.

Elderly woman in office rude and yelling at a customer on the phone. Reservations were mixed up they made no attempt to accommodate us.

“Very Nice”
This is a very nice campground, they have 3 different areas, the tall pines , the grove and the black bear. We stayed in the black bear area and couldn't have been more pleased. Absolutely loved this campground.

“The right site makes all the difference”
We got a great site on the end of the row Nice view, quiet, clean, good size site. Nice to have a pull through for this rookie 5th wheel driver. Decent camp store with beer and wine. The location is great - easy to get to the beach, stores and nearby Ogunquit. Booked it again for next year already

“Great campground, high price”
Very nice campground will full amenities. Great location to check out the area. Staff all friendly and helpful. FHU sites on packed gravel and nice grassy areas with picnic table and fire pit. Trolley comes by to take you to beach or town for just $1. Pool, game room, little store. Cable TV and pretty good WiFi. Only complaint is the high price but it looks like it’s typical for this part of the company.

“Reasonable price. Nice sites.”
In late June, they gave us an off season bargain rate of $30. Helpful and friendly staff. If wifi is important to you, it is painfully sloooooow. If shower facilities are important, you must feed a quarter into a machine for three minutes. I rated four stars because of the bargain rate.
