Dakotah Meadows RV Park

Well maintained RV park. Very safe with regular security riding around checking the parks. 

Great modern park. Pull thrus are all concrete and level, but close on one side, $40.  Back in sites are bigger and $45. County park a mile south with a huge off leash dog park.  Very easy fuel site at the park and the lowest prices.

Clean. Quiet. Nice playground. Level sites. Plenty of space whether you choose a Pull-Thru or a Back-In. Restrooms are immaculate. Hot shower water and spotless! What a treat! 
We stay here when we visit family in the area each year. This park is our 1st choice. 

They spend all this money to build a very nice park, but have no off leash dog area.  

I really enjoy the stay  Nice and quiet the staff was very friendly the bathrooms could have been kept up a little bit more but over all while they was clean and nice to use

This is part of a large Native American enterprise that includes camping, casino, ice rink and sports complex. We chose it for it's proximity to the southwestern suburbs of the Twin cities. were not disappointed.  Driving in from the south was mostly rural and driving north towards the cities were wide, mellow suburban streets and highways.  Campground was full services on concrete pads.  As others have noted, the most private campsites are the back ins around the edges.  The pull thru's are a funky double arrangement where one side of your RV is very close to your neighbor.  It looks like a great setup if you're traveling in a group, but closer than I would want to be to strangers.  Rest rooms and laundry access requires a goofy key card that costs you $5 and you get $3 back when you turn it in but the rest rooms were clean.

Back-In was $295/week. Pull-Through less $263/week. We had reserved a Pull-Through, but when we arrived they said there wasn't one available. We noticed the park was less than 1/2 full all week, lots of pull-throughs empty all week, so hard to believe there wasn't one for us. On the bright side, the park was quiet and well-maintained. No lights from the Casino bothered the park. Restrooms and showers are clean. LOVED the discount for gas offered in May. Great price!

A nice RV park right next to a casino in the suburbs of Minneapolis.  The sites were paved and most are organized in a shared hook up configuration where the driver side faces your neighbor.  The edge sites are backin and set up for a single RV.  The park has a lake in the center and the standard amenities.  The wifi worked well and the staff was great.   

For full hookups the price isn't bad at $50 per night. I was surprised they charge $5 for a bathroom key card. This campground is mostly seasonal retirees with high end coaches and 5th wheels. While they do have a playground I wouldn't consider them kid friendly. They are also pet friendly but no fenced area for off leash time. It was good for the weekend where we weren't around much. I'll probably look somewhere else for our next trip. If you're retired and looking for a quiet campground with fuel onsite and a shuttle to the casino this is most likely the place for you.

Even Walmart lets you use their restrooms for free. This is a first. This is cheap. Whatever happened to "the cost of doing business".

Stayed last June, paid extra for a back in site which was well worth the price.  Lot more room with a back in site.

This is a well maintained RV park where the majority of sites are nose-to-tail. With slides and awnings deployed, you'll be nearly touching you neighbor. Access to bath houses is via a $5 key card. $3 is refunded when the card is returned. The $2 is for a "maintenance fee." All in all this is a great base from which to explore the southern Twin Cities areas.

This is a very nice campground..well worth stopping.
