Winslow Park Campground

This is a nice enough campground and community park. Nice staff  at check in. We paid about $50 for a night. Pricey in my opinion given that there are NO hookups. Water is available as are showers and a dump station. 
I would never go back. We thought Freeport and the LL Bean stores would be fun. NOT.
Everything in town is over priced and is just basically an outlet shopping area. Town shuts down at 7pm. Some stores are open, like the 24/7 Bean store, but the streets were empty. 

Stayed one night while passing through Freeport. We had a shaded spot near the restrooms and showers. Our site was spacious, level, and quiet. Didn't have an opportunity to go to the beach, but it looked very inviting. Showers were plain and a bit worn, but they were clean. Good ventilation and great water pressure.  If in the area, we would stay again.

If you like boondocking, then this is the place to be. Thursday night concerts, uncrowded sandy beach, 1.4 mile nature trail, showers,  dump station, game room with wifi, quiet and peaceful. We'll be back many times as it's local for us.

Had a camping neighbor with Covid who was using the restrooms and showers. Management didn’t address the situation. No quarantaine and risking other guests after I ask management to address it. Decided to leave myself after their inaction and got my money back from them. 
Stay away till we’re through this Covid ordeal. Management is in major Covid Denial. 

Nice campsite, beautiful coastal views. It is dry camping. The downside was that generators can only run 8:00 -9:00 am, 11:00 - 1:00 pm, and then 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. We enjoy exploring the area so the limited generator hours were quite frustrating.

It was Boondocking camping in Class C RV on Casco  Bay. No electric or water hookups, but very clean and beautiful campsites. Conveniently located, 5/6 miles, to downtown Freeport.

We like to stay here occasionally because our family lives close by. But the low branches got us again. Nice quiet, dry camping on Casco Bay, picnic tables, fire rings, 3 times during the day that you are allowed to run generators. We are a 42’ MH and really shouldn’t bring our rig in here. Dump station and the drinking water is pristine.

Nice park.  No hook ups but free dump. Sites closest to the water are some of the nicest I’ve seen.  Good kids park.  Only a few minutes to Newport.  Good hot showers.  Will definitely stay again if back through Maine.  Five stars because great value.
