Please Be Considerate

Walmart provides a great store with ample parking to accomodate RVs. Many even allow travellers to park and catch a few hours of rest (depending on city ordinances). Please use common courtesy and follow these guidelines to ensure that they will continue to extend this courtesy to us.

Ask the store manager for permission to stay.
Do not stay for multiple days.
Leave it cleaner than you found it.
No grills, chairs, etc. Walmart is not a campground.
Buy your supplies, groceries, etc. in the stores.

We stayed 1 night next to a few trucks. Was quite and felt safe. Nice area with a few good hotels, target and restaurants near by.

“Nice place (May 2021”

Edited May 2021 stayed again. Nice and quiet.

We stayed 2 nights with no problems.  Nice big parking lot (I took some pics but you can't see it all, there's more on the other side). Good wifi outside and Menards has good wifi too until about 10:30.  Not hard to find a flat spot either!

Stayed: 8/29/2018 to 8/31/2018

“Very nice.”

Several other trucks and rigs with us. 24 hr store. Lots of grass for dogs.
Large, quiet lot. Close to many other stores and restaurants and a large park on the nearby lake. Downtown winona is fun to see. Acoustic cafe was great.

“Huge Parking , quite area.”

We stopped here on our way to Wisconsin Dells and saw other RVs and Trucks parked. It was a quite night and we felt safe. Nobody bothered us.
