Gravel throughout the park. Sites are a little hard to identify because the grass has grown through some of the gravel sites. Passport America, pay $20 cash at the office after hours. 40 ft with a tow fit in the spot right after the small laundry and shower brown building, #57. Frequent train but not overly loud. 

We stayed at Sunset RV Park, about halfway between Shreveport and Amarillo. My finicky automatic leveling system was giving me problems in my assigned site, but the manager work with me trying a second and even a third site before I can get properly leveled for the night. I appreciate her going out of the way to help me in my time of need. It was a great stopping point for us being right off Highway 287, which is a great Texas highway.

Lots of open pull thrus, very hard to see in the dark but not bad for a quick overnight. Paid $30 or $40 (can't remember exact amount) in envelope at office (after hours). Stayed 9/30/22 left in morning

We stopped for an overnight. They do have free washers and dryers but they were pretty dirty and they only had 1 male and 1 female restroom/shower for the whole park. We did have a level spot with full hookups so we used our own facilities. We also couldn’t get the WiFi to work. There was a train that went by 7-8 times throughout the night which was loud but not terrible. Probably would stay again but with the understanding that we have to use our own facilities. 

We just needed a place to stop overnight & this was easy to get to & clean.  We did not use any of the facilities as we had a full hook-up. Sites were  level and easy to pull through.  Owners live on property & were very kind & helpful.

Stayed for one night. Good hookups, level gravel spots. The park hosts are fantastic and live in the park.

Unfortunately, this park in situated between busy highway 287 and busy hwy 511. Next to hwy 511 are busy railroad tracks. Trains rumble through at high speeds- pretty much every hour. Sometimes twice an hour.

Depending on your spot, you'll either be next to a highway or close to train tracks.

If you're not bothered with highway noise or train noise, you'll like it here. Personally I didn't think it was a very restful stay.

Check out time is @ 2:00pm. Managers are on site and are extremely nice.

We stopped for one night.  The host was very sweet and friendly. The sites are gravel,  and very level in the center of the pad.  We did not need to disconnect. The free laundry was very nice. 

We stopped here for one night and it has the cleanest bathrooms.  Free internet, free laundry! We would recommend this friendly place.  Price $25.00

Stayed only one night as we were just passing through.  Did have wi-fi and several over the air TV channels.
