Sunny Sands Nudist Resort & Mobile Home Park

This is no Longer a nudist resort. It’s a 55+ mobile home park. Hot tub no longer works.  No day visitors. Rv’s can lease a stay for a minimum of 1 month. 

This is disgusting. Never felt more uncomfortable. From the moment the "guard lady" asked a barrage of personal questions and then proceeded to gossip about almost all residents, yes more people live here than camp here,  about their social habits. Like We don't care we are here to relax and camp and enjoy the scenery. It was just stressful and felt like we were being scrutinized for selecting this resort for our vacation time. UNREAL Carol, I think her name was. The bar.......just BYOB because you just cant at that place. The rentals are something straight outta the hood with broken furniture and disgusting musty mold smells. We just hated this from almost the minute we got there. Trees are nice though.

Very very calm place . No activity .Small sites. I ASK to change the 30 AMP Plug was to old and dangerous WI-FI not good . Stay for 1 week not more. BIG PROBLEM... golf car runng to fast. A lot of dust. The manager don't do anyting.

This is not a Resort and the management is nice but pretty sorry, poor water pressure, electric goes out often and the restrooms backup too. A lot of there sites only offer 30 amp service and very small sites and the management will block you in anytime they can.Which is a fire hazard and very unsafe if some emergencies happens during the night. No organization al all on there camp sites.. a total cluster F_ck when we were there. The pool is okay, just a pool there Hot Tub sucks, not hot most of the time. If you want to call a pond a lake that is what they have. No putting green or golf course.  There is no Landscaping at all. To many leaves and no grass. Some of the old residents wants natural landscapeing which means your to lazy to rake the leaves    Just dirt and leaves. The so called restaurant was only open 3 days a week and sometimes 4 days. Prices for drinks are outrageous and the food was plain and high priced for frozen things. 
It's an old nudists campground/park along with there is nothing in Pierson,Fl. but Chipper Jones's home town and furs Capital of the world, so it will never be a resort just a old campground with old permanent residents there trailers but the people that live there are very nice, most of them. 
 Not sure if  they want this nudist park to be a Family oriented campground or Gay Male campground. The management seems to cater to Gay males more that a male/female couple.  Nothing wrong with the rainbow groups, but they do have rainbow resorts/campgrounds in Florida and in the South. So in my opinion this will never be a Resort for one thing or above a one star rating for another. 

Very nice pool, well managed, hot tub, weekend bar/dining room, scheduled activities, 9 hole golf course and very friendly residents
