If your looking for a large park with tons of amenities, this is the place. Pool is not relaxing, it’s a party at the pool all day long, then the party moves to the campsites. (But we did come Labor Day weekend)…… gym was decent w steam room and sauna. Restaurant by the pool had good food and quick service. Sites are all right next to each other, not much landscaping between sites. Thankfully we had decent neighbors! 

We stayed a month in 20 20 in January and February in 2021 we love it there people are friendly lots to do around the area. People in the office friendly and very helpful. Love the restaurant in the pool. There’s all kinds of activities. We’re going back next year for January and February.

This has been a great place, don't get me wrong. Not able to use my PPA discount because of season so in my opinion it was pricey. The site was pretty level, gravel with concrete pad for picnic table. Our site cable just sucked couldn't even watch it. Used airway tv and it was crystal clear. Pool and bar was good and there was a lot to do everywhere. This park is huge so bring bikes, they do rent golf carts but be ready they are expensive. Sites are close together but quiet hours are observed. Also besides seeing kids everywhere it was quiet. 

We stayed a month last year and two months this year we like this place a lot. A lot to do in the local area and the park has a lot to do. Everyone’s very friendly and accommodating. I like the sites they’re big enough for the long 43 footers

As of Dec 29, 2020: Do not believe the office when they tell you that they have COVID precautions in place. This is an open lie. None of the guests wear masks even when gathering for park amenities or events, and absolutely no one is maintaining any social distance. Not only are staff are not requiring precautions, or even encouraging them, we did not see any park employee wearing a mask themselves. When entering the park, the clerk working at the pay window was not wearing a mask, and when asked to put one on, they had to leave the window to go find one. They didn't even have a mask with them. This happened two separate times with two different clerks working at the entry kiosk. It is a convenient location, but we decided not stay after we saw how poorly this place is run.

My family stayed here two weeks ago.  My daughter confirmed with them they were enforcing social distancing before making their reservation.  Once they were there, they saw there was no social distancing, at all.  Because if this, they left early.  My daughter got sick a week later and has now tested positive for CoVid!!!  Her baby and husband are just now sick, too.  This RV Resort needs to take responsibility for their own actions (or rather their inaction!!!)!!!  My daughter should be refunded for the days that did not stay!!!  

Everyone was friendly, the facilities were clean, up to date and nice, but in a pandemic they were still selling day passes and doing the pool parties. We felt like the day passes were more important than those that were camping.   Due to the day passes that were coming it, there was no social distancing enforced.  When we got to the pool, there were tables and chairs that were put up but within 20 minutes there were people sitting at all of them.  We felt we were forced to leave a day early and it was just too risky to stay.  To say the least we and the three little ones were very disappointed.  Especially since we inquired about their current policies before even booking and were reassured social distancing would be enforced!

Huge establishment with every kind o f accommodation.  Narrow and short RV sites with bushes planted in the way.  Mobbed with seasonal guests who disdain "transient" overnight guests.  So mobbed that you have to wait a while just to pull out of your site due to people walking, riding bikes and golf carts in the roads.  They look at you like they own the ground they walk on.  Would never go there again.

Great place with lots to do. Pool is great. Sights aren't bad gravel with a concrete pad for a patio with picnic table. No firepit provided bit you can supply your own if it's off the ground with a cover. Don't use water without a inline filter.

Pros: amazing pool area with huge pool, waterslide, hot tubs, and plenty of chairs; large resort with walking paths and a pretty lake; fast wifi; good location

Cons: sites are a bit rough with crushed shell base and scrubby (if any) grass; we even had a premium site with a paved patio but it's not what I would call premium

Overall, we enjoyed this park and will probably come back!

Not family friendly. You need a golf-cart for everything at  this park since campsites were awkwardly layout. It is not as described online or advertised. A lot of full timers...

We spent three nights while visiting relatives in the local area.  The park is extremely friendly and offers many recreational options.  The bathroom facilities are super clean.  The staff very accommodating.  The price is fair.

We stayed there early July last year while visiting the in-laws in Sarasota. People seem to go there to party and make noise. The place is overrun during the day with people not staying there. The pool is crowded as they let anyone come in and swim for a fee. This is a rip off for people who paid a high fee to stay there.
 Dont get a spot off of the main road due to noise of people driving by blasting music from cars. We changed our spot and moved to a more quiet place next to the alligator pond.
This year I checked into staying again but was quoted about $75 per night. I passed and found someplace different for a better price. Sun-N-Fun claims to be a resort so they charge high prices. It is a typical run-down park and not that great for the money. 

Friendly staff. Site# Q46.  Huge campground with level sites. Many are paved with picnic tables. FHU worked great, but sewer is at ground level, which made it somewhat difficult to properly hook up. Pool area is excellent for family fun and dog parks are great. Nice place for family fun.

We had a great time for four nights with the Giant Recreation World Rally last week. Granted, this gathering brings a lot of income to the resort which may influence our reception. Regardless, the staff were superb. The pool is phenomenal & was not crowded. There are all kinds of activities. I met some of the long term residents (there are many) & I found them very friendly. The lots were nice with a large concrete pad. The bath house was spotless. I will stay again.

They make up rules as they go and it's getting run down fast

We stayed for two months they call this sun n fun well so many rules made up as they go change thing for there own use

We stayed at this park for a weekend.
When we arrived the staff was great and guided us to our spot.
Pool is nice and bar / restaurant is very reasonable priced.
The pool rules are no jumping or diving and in 4 different occasions kids jumped on top of people that were in the water causing light injuries no there to do anything.
11pm quiet time does not exist 
Both nights at around 12:30am people were playing loud music and beeping the truck horn to intentionally wake everyone up.
Called the office to complain the person who answered the phone said we had numerous complaints and went there already nothing we can do if you want call the police.
I said you should call it's the park rules his response was "we are not a security company"
Thank God it started raining around 1am and it got quiet.
Bad Wifi if you're planning on streaming anything forget it. Signal goes in and out all day.
Also there is a sewer smell lingering around the park.
I don't want to sound like a party pooper I have 2 teenage kids myself and we won't stay here again
I expected more reading other reviews.

Easy to reserve, stay and depart.  Impressed with the size of the property.  Lots of snow birds.  Clean bathrooms/showers.  Big pool.  We will return. 

The park is nice but pool area is wild. We have come here two years in a row and both times my kids have been hurt. Teenagers, on their phones, run the activities and don't look out for the kids safety. Nice pool before it's open to the public but we will not be back. 

This was our first little trip in our fiver. We chose a pull-through site and the site we were given just took our length (29). Other pull-through sites were bigger. Lots of activities. The pool is big but very crowded. It's mostly friends just hanging around and talking in the water so don't except to swim. There's an indoor pool for that but it costs extra. The place is huge so you can spend a lot of time walking or riding bikes around to see all the trailer sites and small vacation bungalow sites. Lots of trees and some small lakes and ponds add to the scenery. We especially enjoyed the billiards room. Nice tables with straight cue sticks and lots of room. It is pricey but you do get a lot of bang for your buck. We will definitely be back. 

Very nice and clean. Lots of activities. Exercise facility was awesome. 

Very welcoming and pleasant staff the park has a lot of options for all members of the family we would definitely come here again and it's extremely dog friendly
