“Not as advertised”

Beautiful area. Small camp ground( 10 cabins/10RV). Nothing is the distance as advertised. No cell reception, cable didn’t work, no Wi-Fi. Everyone had pets in a no pet place. Front desk reception is unfriendly and not customer oriented. Needed to leave 1 day early from a 7 day booking and was unwilling to refund 1 day. But wanted to know what I was going to do as a courtesy to them. Does have a pool and pavilion.
