Riverside Park - City of Homedale

The park hosts were very friendly & helpful, the  campsite and facilities were spotless!! Camping with me and my dogs as a first time RVer, the park hosts gave me pointers and assistance I needed, which was greatly appreciated!!! Will definately make this a regular spot to camp!!

We pulled in and set up and our weather apps said low of 36, well, they were wrong. It got to 25 and froze everything but it worked out and the host they had was great even with the frozen hydrants. We didn't use the dump station as we didn't need to but I'd like to note if you go on the right side of the dumpstation be sure to watch the roof corner on the building there on the right. If you look at it you will see many people who did not watch this corner. Snake river right across the street from us ballfeilds and residential off the other side. Very quiet, peacefull and relaxing and would stay here again and would recommend to another. Suggestion is to either make a link to directly call the city clerk to make your reservation rather than a picture of the instructions on a peice of paper. I say this as I had a hard time keeping my reservation stuff handy as it was written on a few pieces of paper and pulling it up from my email would have been super handy tho the host was really simple to understand and get ya in no problems. 
Pps; if there's a empty bucket over your water hydrant be sure to put it back over it after you connect your hose as it helps to keep it from freezing when day Temps are in the 60's and 70's but still high 20's low 30's

Great camp Host. Quiet. Water and electric with dump station $25.00 Google got us in the wrong place. Take 4th street towards Riverside Avenue

Per another review, we didn't have reservations (because we couldn't find the info on how either). I asked the camp host how. See picture of card. You have to call the city. They are only open Monday- Friday. It's $25 a night for electric and water. Dump station on property.

The hosts are incredible and helped us alot to find a spot. Highly suggest this place! 

We stayed in June for two nights.  Very clean and well maintained.  Park host was very friendly.  The city park and Snake River are right there next to the campground.  We will be back again!  Only issue is making reservations, it it a small park it is full most of the time so making reservations is advisded if you can figure out how to do so.  We are still working on it. 

Pulled up and found 2 empty spots out of the 10 available, seems like a lot of permanent residents. The park next door was not great for kids (5 & 7) and the city pool was a very odd shade of dark green. The permanent residents we parked next to got into a screaming match shortly after we arrived. When one threatened another with a gun we left immediately, abandoning our 2 nights we pre-paid for. 

I stumbled on this RV Park run by the city of Homedale, ID. It has only 10 spots and faces the Snake River with the city park behind it.  It is near the high school's stadium and gets a bit of traffic during the day but not enough to be bothersome.  The camp hosts are very nice and accommodating. It cost $15. per night and has water and electric hookups with a dump station.  It's a hidden gem for staying and seeing the general Boise area.
