Prairie Creek Campground COE

Stayed in the Peak Loop.  Electric only - no issues.  The main issue was the site being unlevel (Site 102).  But made it work and had a great time - saw a couple of small deer when I arrived and the last afternoon.  The lake and marina are just down the hill.  T-Mobile service was solid - streamed movies and a full day of NFL Redzone on the hotspot.  

The park itself is lovely. The only issue is the pull thru sites (we were in #9) are very unlevel. The slope was so bad that I couldn't even get our rig onto the plastic Lego type blocks we have, they just kept sliding down the hill. I was eventually able to raise it a couple inches but it was nowhere near enough and I stumbled to the bathroom in the middle of the night like a drunken sailor. The back in sites seemed much better in this regard. The only other thing I can say is the bathrooms could use some updates and the water never really got very warm. Contrary to what others said about water access, every site I saw had a spigot so not sure what that's about. Over all, really enjoyed staying here.

Nice spacious sites. #78 had a slope to left so had to use almost all our blocks for our 22 ft campervan. Water was turned off for winter so could not use that hookup or the nearby restrooms. Dump station available.

Very nice campground.  Sites are a bit hard to get into for bigger rigs, but typical of state parks.  Dump station was busy with no site sewer and was clumsy to use.  Sites were not too level, either even though they were paved.  But the view and lake access was amazing.

Seems like a nice place but too small for 5th wheels of any size.  Lots of shade but sites are small and impossible to get into even if they are long enough.  

Just outside Rogers AR.  Wooded campground overlooking Beaver Lake.  Electric & Water with an on-site dump station.  Paved sites but not real level.  Odd set up with utilities & picnic bench.  Most hook-ups at back of site.  Most sites need more than a 30 foot water hose.  Only 1 bath house for over 100 sites.

Beautiful park. Sites were well layer out. Large concrete picnic tables many with pavilions over the table. Water and electric. Saw just one shower house. Push button showers with automatic shutoff. Very nicely kept. Great little beach. Very nice day use areas. Very scenic. Camp hosts Russ and Norma were excellent. Very welcoming. Stayed in a 25 coach. Plenty of room. Probably not great for big rigs. Would most definitely recommend. Convenient to Rogers and Bentonville 

If you have a 35 foot or bigger class A or Super C.... find somewhere else to go. The roads and the sites are super tight and super hilly. Most sites are not easy to get into. Beautiful place. Very quiet.

I hope you have a self-leveling rig when you come here because you're going to need it. Other than that, fairly well dispersed C.O.E. campground. Lots of shade and a nice lake with a public beach. 

Paved sites , not too level though. Big rigs might have some troubleshooting me I here sites 70-76 are the best for them. There is one shower house new in 2013. Small but clean. Excellent Verizon, water and electric for $22.00. lots of trees for shade.
