Mount Vernon Walmart Supercenter

Signs everywhere and 12 ft clearance bars to get in the lot.

The driveways all have overhead barriers that RV's can't pass under.

This is our third time at this location. Enter between the Chilis and Burger King. Immediately to your right is an abandoned parking lot in what used to be a Ryan’s Steakhouse. Plenty of room for several large rigs with tows. There was one car with a homeless person but she didn’t bother anyone. Very level and much better than the Walmart lot which isn’t. There are several restaurant choices within 100 yards walk and of course the Walmart. Spent a quiet night with two other RVs and a couple semi’s. 

Sign says no, manager says yes. Idk take your chances I guess. I did. 

I was in shopping and just asked the manager, she was very friendly and said yes of course I could park. There were lots of big rigs & 2 other campers. In the morning at 7, a police officer knocked on my door....not cool. I get it, people make mistakes... But no one likes the knock! 😂 Lol

They do allow overnights! Always call first!

Called ahead and was told parking was allowed for only 24 hours. There are a couple of overhead barriers but you can enter next to the Burger King. Immediately to your right is an abandoned parking lot with room for any size rig. It will probably hold up to 10 large rigs. Easy walk to the Walmart. There was a car in the lot with a homeless woman but she didn’t bother anyone.

Asked if we could stay overnight one clerk says no. So I asked for management got two other ladies who said absolutely. Park away from building. Signs also say no semi parking😲 well guess what filled the area. Anyhow it was nice and plenty of walkable restaurants to get to. Also enter from main drag. If you turn on side street they have installed at both entrances low hanging beams 12’. Just past the Pilot with Chili’s restaurant on the corner is where you want to turn. Safe travels!

We stayed in the parking lot with 4 other RVs and 5 semis even though the signs say no semis.
Was a little noisy because it's right next to a Flying J. Watch the height restrictions at the South entrances though

Did not Park in Walmart  lot! There is a vacant lot that butt's up to Walmart, between the Dollar Tree and the Ryan's! Stayed there, No problem! Other R.V.s and Trucks! Not my first choice but would work if needed!!

there were a number of other RV's and semi trucks parked for the night.  The people inside Walmart were friendly.  So this was a perfect place to park for sleep. 

Manager said no parking, she “guaranteed” we would be towed. I was going to park anyway until a customer told me they kicked 6 RV’s off the lot and towed one at 2am the previous night. 

Just be careful when entering. There are height restriction underpasses on the side entrances. Come in from the front

I spoke with manager on duty, she was very nice. Told us we were welcome to park as long as we stayed out in the lot away from the store and didn't block traffic.

Spoke to customer service person, they said we could park as long as we don't block anything, and stay way back from building.  Quite a few trucks and RVs.

There are signs saying no overnight parking but we asked the manager and was told it was okay. Plus there were at least six other RVs by the next morning.

This Walmart does not allow overnight parking.
