Moab KOA

Really nice place to stay we stayed four nights everything was clean and well taken care of they constantly had persons riding around on golf carts to pick up trash make sure things were taken care of you could ask anyone of them a question if you needed to highly recommend and we'll be back

Stayed 3 nights.  Beautiful pool, laundry and bathrooms were clean.  Friendly, helpful staff. We had concrete patio site which included round patio table with 4 chairs, 2 seater glider, fire pit and gas grill.   On the expensive side, but with the surrounding views and amenities, I would expect to pay high $$.  WiFi worked fine for our needs.  Gravel pull thru spot not very level but we were able to level our 5th wheel just fine. Trees and shrubs between sites (at least where we were).  Only negative I would comment on is the dog park..no grass or gravel..just powdered red dirt.  Also, could use more dog poop bag dispensers with disposal baskets..this would encourage more campers to clean up after their dogs

T-Mobile was very good. Had some congestion going on

•	Site was fairly level. They guide you in. I had to wait for the escort to leave so I could position my rig properly. 
•	No cable TV, No air channels.  
•	Very big campground, very spacious sites. 
•	Because of the layout, you will get people cutting through, between RV’s. 
•	2 Laundry rooms, one is horrible (outside) the other is great. 
•	Close to Arches and Canyonland National Parks. 
•	Showers are clean, good water pressure, hot water can take a few minutes to get to you, you may not get hot water at all. 
•	WIFI is okay, but I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. 

We were just passing through and got a nice end spot right by the bathhouse and laundry. B9 was level. Loved the layout and the pool was nice. Beautiful location and views. Great staff. We will stay again next time we come. Like that it is outside of town a little. 

Gravel sites but not quite level. Nice WiFi but over $110 a night is expensive and that’s with KOA rewards. We only stayed one night after boondocking for five days west of town. Large pool but the hot tub was over run by kids! I think hot tubs should be for adults only unless there are no other adults around. Was looking forward to relaxing in the large hot tub but 8 kids 5 and under and 6 adults was not relaxing, especially since the huge pool was heated to 80° and was only 4 ft deep, had a separate beach deck and another pool for kids. Save the hot tub for adults! 

Very large KOA with gravel, nonlevel sites. Close to highway and town resulting in highway noise all night long. For the price I'm going to stay somewhere else the next time I'm in Moab and I suggest you do too.

We booked 4 nites here over Labor Day weekend. They had to put us in a tent site for RV( we have truck camper) we had full hookups. When we arrived able to upgrade our site to pull thru. A little pricey, but for connivence and close to Arches/ Canyonlands/Deadhorse State Park, / Jeep trails, riding down rd 128 along the Colorado river!  Many amenities, great pool area, outdoor laundry facilities, amazing.  Gravel lots , sort of close to each other, but not a problem for us, you can rent fire places,. Fairly close to town , has everything… if you go.. Eat at the Blu Pig… great BBQ place!  If we go back here again, will stay here. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

This place is owned by corporate and it shows. Beautiful pool, a playground with sand, corn hole, several laundry facilities and a nice store that even sells penny candy for the kids. We stayed here 4 nights in a 30-foot motorhome. It’s about a five minute drive to the downtown area. The staff was kind and helpful and the view from the sites is breathtaking.

It's a Holiday KOA near Arches National Park so they feel they can pack you in and charge a bundle for your spot. All dirt. Not much room between spots. It's out of town by about 5 miles and 10 miles from the entrance to the Park. Friendly staff and nice looking pool that we didn't use. There are other nice looking campground , closer to town and the park, and I would definitely try one of those next time.

After 45 min of trying to level my 23' Class B+ (should be easy, right? 🤷‍♂️) I registered my unhappiness that site 15 was so severely unlevel in two dimensions it was impossible with the ramps and blocks I had.

Other than that, it seems to have decent facilities 

Unlevel spots, for $80 a night and all gravel. And they charged us to put us next to our friends we are traveling with. That is rediculous, never heard of that one before! We travel with another couple all the time all across the country & never heard of such a thing.  There was also constriction right next to the park which awakened u.s at 7 am many mornings.  

This is a large KOA conveniently located right off the main highway, US-191. The sites and roads in the park are gravel with most of the sites being pull through. There are a large number of tent and cabin sites around the edges of the park. The park has a nice pool area that was popular during our stay, clean bathrooms and showers and an off leash dog run area for our four legged friends. The wifi only worked occasionally. As with most KOA parks, the price is a little higher than it should be, but you get the peace of mind of knowing that the campground will almost always be in good shape.  

OK campground but the sites are not very level.  A level campsite is VERY important.  A little work and that could be rectified.

We had problems with sewer system. Of all the things you don't want to have problems with it's the sewer. We connected to there system. Then everything backed up. It won't drain. I saw one of the employees and asked for help. He went to get tools and came back shortly. We were able to get everything to drain. But this what really bothers me. This happened to last customer. He said he told management but they didn't do anything. They put me in a spot that wasn't working correctly. If you decide to stay here stay away from site 20.

Pretty standard KOA park.   Pool was nice but park is not walkable to town or anywhere of note.  

Well maintained KOA.  Staff was competent but not as friendly as other KOA's we've stayed at- although they were busy.  As noted in the title, pricey if only passing thru.

I had no idea how  expensive and in demand RV sites were in Moab. We tried for a first come, first serve campground, struck out and ended up paying a fortune to stay here. The site was nice and the amenities were nice, but $95/night for an adult and 2 kids is crazy.  We did enjoy it time here,  the pool was beautiful, and they ended up finding us a site for the  2nd night on another site when everything else in town was booked, so I'll give them credit for that.

But this place is too expensive for what it offers. And for a price like this the internet has to be improved. 

Stayed one night on our way to NP. Good place to let the kids play in the pool while doing laundry. Close to Two NP. One problem EXPENSIVE.  Payed $96.00 for one night, with the discount. 

Location, location and location is the big plus..close to Arches NP and Canyonlands Island in the Sky...at Moab prices.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Larry even came out and trimmed branches at site when requested at front desk.

Amenities at site are very good. Unisex bathrooms are spacious and clean and always available; same for unisex showers except too tight. Plenty of warm water. Used laundry while there.

RV sites need improvement for price paid. It rained two nights and site and roadway became a muddy mess. They just need to put down a lot of gravel.

Hookups for electric and sewer we're easy. Apparently we had only site where water hookup was on opposite side of other utilities....had to drag hose through the mud.

WiFi was spotty... worked well for only 1 night in 3

Easy in and out. Bathrooms unisex. Large spaces, but all dirt, no concrete.  ATV and off road heaven which makes the park very dusty. 

Great location. It was the nicest place to camp near Moab. Easy drive into town. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit. You can do a load of laundry while you enjoy the hot tub. We’d stay here again. 

This is my first day at this koa.  I often stay at koa' and the staff at those has always been great, except for here.  The woman who checked me in was very rude and snappish.  Later I went to the office to tell them the cable tv signal was bad.  I asked if anyone else was having trouble and the guy at the counter said "nobody in Moab uses their tv". Very superior attitude.  He said they would send someone over to check.  That was an hour ago and they are not very busy now as it is Sunday toward evening.  Will never stay here again, unfortunately I am booked for four days.  

This is a gorgeous setting with great people working here.  Packed gravel but somewhat level spots, had to use blocks on the front tires due to the slight downward slope. Will definitely stay here again! Out from town but still convenient to everything!

We tried to get a spot at every one of the RV spots in the town of Moab. Striking out we opted for the KOA that is just a few miles south of town and ended up loving it. Lots of great views good pull through spots and full hook ups. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location to hit the National parks, Colorado river or off road trails from. Would definitely come again. 

Beautiful facility. The folks who checked us in were super nice and helpful. The setting is gorgeous, red rock cliffs everywhere. Located very central to Arches Andy Canyonland National Parks. Immaculate showers with toilets and sinks. Spaces are plenty big and access is easy.

Wi-Fi was not very good. But the toilets and showers are nice. The people were very nice there to us and help us well. 
All in all its good. You can go there.

Ladies at front desk, more concerned about themselves, didn't even acknowledge us until we were at the counter for some time. Unconcerned about us. Would not stay here again, it's all about customer service , worst we have seen at a KOA, parking guy was great though.

Pretty much what "Needs Some Work" said, sandy site, dust when new rigs came in, only nice showers and restrooms were in new section, nothing worked in game room (traveled w/ Grandkids), would not stay here again, too expensive for what you get. 31' Motorhome w/ Toad

We stayed 3 days to visit the area. If it rains, and it did, it becomes a "mud hole." Our picnic table was in a sandy pit. Sites need to be re-leveled. WiFi is HORRIBLE - mostly non-existent. Staff were friendly. Campground is a little tight for large motorhomes. If I am in the area again, I will try a different location.

Friendly staff,  very helpful.  Need and clean except the WiFi didn't work disappointed 

It is a little far from Arches but a very pleasant park. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Terrific view of the mountains. No complains about the sites. 

At this time, they are building out maybe 30 new spaces and initially put us in one of them. You don't want these as first choice; the trees are seedlings so no shade, it is close to highway and noisy, up on a plain that gets windy and dusty, and bathrooms are not complete. We requested to move, picked our own spot on the North side, which was available by the way, and had a wonderful stay near the restrooms, pool, store, and in shade.
Store is well stocked, staff is friendly, facilities are clean, and views are fantastic!

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Arches and Cannyonland. Sites are narrow and sewer hook up for our neighbor was right next to the picnic table. Bathroom is a problem as there was a long line every morning just for to go to the toilet; showers were not clean. Wifi is way overloaded when you need it (at night). I was never able to login between 6 pm and midnight. Staff is very friendly, but that does not really help.
