Lakeland RV Resort

Stayed 2 nights.  I was in the back by the dumpsters and I-4.  Surprisingly, it wasn't that loud.  I had my air on the whole time tho.  Large grass area back there to let your pup run around and do its business.  Tons of shade.  Mostly full time residents, who all seemed nice.  Pool etc looked decent. Nothing special, but was fine.  Data/cell for att and vzw blazing fast. 50% passport America membership discounts. 

Linda, revervationist, was very friendly and helpful.  Site#221, gravel, but level. Stayed 3 nights to visit local family. FHU worked fine, but no cable. Very clean campground, many permanent mobile homes, great club house and clean heated pool. Great place for stop over.

I've never been at a camp ground that was noisier than back home in the city! Construction trucks, dump trucks, blowers, campers that use this campground as their full-time home sawing and drilling, cars and trucks constantly going up and down the pathways. It's really too bad we paid for the month here. We are travelling with friends that have a fifth wheel as well and they are leaving a week early as we have been here for three weeks now and they can't stand it any more. We have an appointment in nearby Lakeland so we don't have the luxury of leaving earlier. Don't book here if you intend on a restful and relaxing stay! All other park amenities here are negated because of the noise!

Spacious lots, good location, nice people, undergoing some renovations, can't wait to see it in spring 2015
