Please Be Considerate

Walmart provides a great store with ample parking to accomodate RVs. Many even allow travellers to park and catch a few hours of rest (depending on city ordinances). Please use common courtesy and follow these guidelines to ensure that they will continue to extend this courtesy to us.

Ask the store manager for permission to stay.
Do not stay for multiple days.
Leave it cleaner than you found it.
No grills, chairs, etc. Walmart is not a campground.
Buy your supplies, groceries, etc. in the stores.

I'm a local to this metro area and can back up the other two reviews - don't park here or the Lowes parking lot. Go further out towards Blue Springs or Lee's Summit to overnight in a parking lot.

“Do Not Stay Here”

So I honestly have no idea if overnight parking is allowed or not.  But as an RV'er who often sleeps at Walmart, I wanted to report that no one should try to stay here.  Tried to do some shopping at 8pm at night and I felt very unsafe.  So many security guards and police in the parking pot.   Also lots of unhoused people at the entrance and inside and many of them asked us for money
