“No bathrooms ”

This is a run down place with mostly long term residents, with No Bathrooms/Showers! Ok, there are bathrooms there, but the Men's is locked, and the women's is open, but no water/tp in the toilets. The owner says they're never used (obviously), but for $37 a night I expect a lot better than that. Not going back...
