Hi Valley RV Park

Long, gravel pull-thru but narrow.  Had to reposition my unit so the steps would not hit the concrete patio.  Friendly staff.  Permanent residents are on the outside with large, wide sites.  The park was conveniently located for all things Boise.

This is a great RV park. The prices are competitive with other parks, but the location is perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities. The grounds are clean, nice rec room with kitchen and the pool area is very nice. The bark parks are well taken care of and the paved roads with gravel sites are very nice. The sites are a little tight, however we'd definitely stay here again, maybe stay a month the next time.

I chose this park because it was owned by G7 which should give it some credibility.  Maybe they just bought it because it is 90% old rigs that are permanent/seasonal.  I did not use any of the facilities but I was told that I had the best site in the park, which was across from 5 dumpsters and a dog park.  I have dogs, but the barking in the park was a bit much.  They seem to have 2 rows for transients which are larger than the rest, but it is tight.  They do have nice grass.  Rules are not applied as the people next to me hung their laundry out for the night to dry.  Not for me.

This is a nice, clean and well kept park. Sites are level. The restrooms are well designed with plenty of privacy. Wifi and decent At&t cell service. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Lots of monthly here but they seem to save the pull throughs for the short stayers. Clean well taken care of park with weak wifi. Good value. 

So many flies you couldn’t even sit outside without them landing all over you! Could not keep them out of the camper either... Owner/manager would not let us stay one night to see if we liked it before we decided to stay long term. Had to decide on the spot or no deal. Seemed shady to me. 

This was our second visit to this rv park. It was a struggle getting our rv level this time. The rocks in our space were quite large making leveling a challenge. The spaces are a little tight but we still enjoy this park. The reason I gave them a 3 Star was the problems we had trying to get level and having to smell cigarette smoke for 5 days as the people next to us smoked like a chimney. 

Very nice, large park north side of BOISE, ALL facilities extra clean, pool great and clean! Adults only 8-10pm!👍 even curbside propane service! Lot of full-timers, but a non-issue!

Very clean facility, friendly staff and very accommodating.  They gave us options for a late check out which we did not need.

This is nice clean park with a pool/spa and exceptional laundry facilities. It has large concrete pads with a strip of grass. What made this place a 5 for me was the people. We came in for what was going to be a 1 night stay and my wife took ill and had to be hospitalized. I went in the next morning and explained what was going on and they moved us to another site in the back that was quieter. They told me not to worry that we could stay as long as we needed which ended up being 17 days. Everyone was wonderful. We looked at a couple of other parks while we were there and this one was the nicest.

Nice park just outside Boise.   In newer part of Eagle.  Large pull thru sites with gravel base and full concrete patios and full size resin picnic tables.  There are many permanent sites in the back but short term front sites are fine.   No shade trees is my only negative.   We have a motorhome and own own bathroom and laundry so did not use theirs.  We don't have a dog can't comment on the grass in the dog park.   Conveniently located to Boise and lots of shopping strip malls and regular malls.

This RV park is always crowded,  not sure why. Prices are just average and for gravel spaces,go figure. My own fault for not locking my pickup tailgate, and someone stole one of my golf clubs from my covered bed. Staff is nice but security in this very crowded park leaves a lot to be desired.

This review about cheatgrass is about one of the dumbest things I have ever read. There is cheatgrass EVERYWHERE in the west. Maybe you should be more careful with your dog, sounds like you were to blame. Also sounds like you should stay home in your own backyard.

BEWARE: If you are new to Idaho and/or the Pacific Northwest, please Google "Cheatgrass" and guard your dogs carefully!!!

Hi Valley advertises a dog run in the back of their property along the canal. They supply a gate and a garbage can for your dog's waste. The front desk staff will tell you that you may let your dog run off-leash in their dog run. 

However, when my dog got a piece of Cheatgrass stuck in his sinus cavity and had to have surgery the following morning to remove it, the park denied all responsibility of ownership of the dog run because it belongs to the county. 

Law 101 refresher: The laws that govern the hospitality industry clearly state that an establishment must provide safe premises for its guests and may be found negligent if they knew or should have known, upon reasonable inspection, of the existence of a danger or hazard and failed to take action to correct it and/or warn guests about it. 

I am in the hotel business. I know the law. I know my rights. But, instead of being a jerk about this, all I asked for was to be reimbursed for the surgery and that a sign be hung at the gate to warn future patrons of the potential dangers of the indigenous grasses. 

Instead, what I got was, "No, the owner is not willing to reimburse you and his attorney advised him not to hang a sign at the gate." 

Do you think that I would have dared to go back in to the dog run if there had been a sign?

Shame on you, Hi Valley, for not stepping up and taking responsibility for the damage caused by your negligence.

PS The little dog park LOOKS pretty and harmless enough, but the vet said that they are seeing numerous dogs weekly with diarrhea and bacterial issues with one common denominator...Hi Valley.
