Gibsonton Walmart Supercenter

There are "No Overnight Parking" and "Tow Warning" signs now.

I called the store manager... they stopped overnight parking in early 2019 due to problems with truckers, NOT RVers.  I was told that a number of Walmarts in the Tampa area near  Interstates have also stopped allowing overnight parking.

There doesn't seem to be many locations in Florida available so this is a diamond in the rough. Close to Tampa. It says no semis allowed but there was one. Overall quiet. Both lights and cameras for safety.  Good location!

They have an area set apart from the general population just for overnight sleeping. Quiet and pretty peaceful. No large semi-truck allowed except Wal-Mart trucks. Great location, right off  interstate 75. 

Park in the lot to the side of the Walmart. Trucks and other RVs parked here also.
Seemed safe, few odd characters around.

No problem.

Have stayed over night here. Seems safe and is quiet. Trucks and RV'S use the parking lot off to the side.
