Four Mile Old West Town Museum & Campground

This is a quiet, no frills location with terrific staff.  Can't speak highly enough of Mary, Kathy and Jerry.  Helpful and pleasant -- feels like family.  The park does not have any amenities (no showers, bathroom, laundry, etc.) so you need to be fully self-contained.  There are full hookup sites and also water and electric sites.  If you don't get a site with sewer hook ups, they will offer "honey wagon" service.  Also, there is a dump station on-site.  There were some children here,  but not many since there are no activities or pool.  This park is so close to many things to see such as Custer State Park, Wind Cave Nat'l Park, Jewel Cave, etc.  and is only a few miles from town of Custer which also rents off-road vehicles to take on trails. The town itself is cute and not over-the-top touristy.  I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and the price was very reasonable.
