They allow overnight parking for out state plates. No Utah plates allowed. 

For me, not good for an over night rest stop. Small lot, tight park spots, crowded with semi’s. It feels sketchy, lot is littered with garbage, saw unleashed large dogs roaming, not good for walking your pup(s). Been to many overnight gas stations, this is place is the worst thus far.

I don't know what he thinks "rest stop" means but just be aware you could be woken up at any point for no reason and told to move.

Industrial area. All RV lanes were occupied by semis w/o trailers waiting for a call. Were able to squeeze our 40ft MH with tow car at edge. Staff was friendly. Would not eat at the Denny's there!  No wonder with all the trucks in lot dining room empty. Worst meal ever. This would be a last resort as it was for us. Got there around 4 pm.
