Flaming Gorge / Manila KOA

Staff was friendly and the site was level and clean.   easy in and out!  

Great owners and management staff. Our site was level and clean. A little tight for larger rigs to maneuver for the back in sites but doable without heartburn. Expect to pay more in this area. It is remote but the town of Manila is cute. 20 minutes from the most breathtaking views in the country. 

We came for Brownings pie and stayed at this lovely park. Spacious! Will be shade. Flaming Gorge and Ashley Nat’l Forest are spectacular. 

Well managed park with full amenities. Grass is green everywhere and laundry was fully functional. Kids playground and pet areas also

This is a well-managed, clean, comfortable RV Park. Everything worked the way it should. I enjoyed listening to the cows lowing in the evening and morning (it was not obtrusive at all - I think you could only hear it if you were listening for it).

Great people run this place and they keep it so nice!  Even campsites, quiet, and close to all the great sights of Flaming Gorge!  Worth a stay for sure!

Very nice KOA. Level spaces, friendly staff, clean for Covid showers & bathrooms! Beautiful views but a tad out of the way. Still, would stay again if back in the area!

We have 43 foot motor home and  staying here for a few days. This is a beautiful site with views to the mountains and the reservoir. Sites are level and very clean. The staff is super friendly and very nice. Trout fishing in green River is a must. Only drawback is that no grocery stores nearby. Gas station is like 300 yards away :). Dam is about 35 min drive. 

Great location. Spots were clean and looked great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 

If you are a big rig,especially a RV with tow, I would not recommend this place, if you can not get a pull thru, we are 43 ft long plus tow, full timers. The back in sites are tight,angled which is good, until it comes time to leave, the back in sites are on a dead end, depending on how full the lane is, might have to back out/ or in which is not fun, especially with a playground at end. 5th wheels might not have as much trouble because of different pivot points.

I go there at least once a year. I have never had any issues. The management knows me on a first name basis. Very friendly any changes are made with ease. Close enough to get to the lake yet far enough away to avoid the crowds.

Apparently this KOA has a new owner and he is Hitler reborn. He micro managed EVERY aspect of our stay and we witnessed on several occasions his temper and short fuse with campers. We talked to a few locals at a store and they all say he is awful. Will not stay here unless it is under different management which I predict will be sooner than later.

Very nice campground. Wendy and Tim, the new owners, have done a fantastic job of making this campground seem like new. The bathrooms are spotless, the spaces roomy - even the back-ins which are very long, wide and at an angle that is very easy to back into. 
The owners treat you like a real guest. Wendy even acts like a concierge telling you all about the area and what to do without even being asked.

You can definitely ignore any old negative reviews because those are from before these new owners took over.  We will definitely stay here again
