Echo Canyon Welcome Center (Westbound)

Stopped for a few minutes took a walk up on the hill beautiful scenery, nice place to stop, does not have a separate parking for RVs and truckers, , 12 truckers parked while we were there.  Clean bathrooms, 

Most vile stop I’ve ever made. It was overrun by semi trucks taking up any little inch they could find including all the car spots, the entrance into and exit out of the rest stop. The garbage cans were all overflowing. I went in to use the restroom and the toilets were clogged overflowing with poop in all but one. I used a unisex one also disgusting and most out of toilet paper. I honestly thought it was closed, and people were just using it anyway. It was anarchy. There was only one van and 2 cars parked that looked like they were sleeping in them. When I sat for a minute trying to decide where to park, I was attacked by a crazy man in his ca
