Eau Claire Walmart Supercenter

stayed 1 night, no issues. parked in farthest spot from the store entrance. there was one other RV and a few cars and semis.

A big lot. Shares with Sam's Club. Parked out toward the road. Leave it cleaner than you found it. Thank you walmart!

Both Sam’s and Walmart said okay to park overnight. Walmart said have to be gone by 12:00 PM and no more than 24 hrs. Sams said park on the side of the lot by Walmart. 

There’s a driveway between Sam’s Club & Walmart. Do not park in the back on the Sam’s Club side or a fat, bearded stock boy will threaten to call the police on you. The jerk-off will wait until near midnight to bang on your door & tell you to move.

So this is a large combination parking lot shared by Walmart and Sam's Club with a Kwik Trip travel center adjacent to same. The lot is large, fairly level, well lit and maintained. Was able to access Walmart's wifi from the far perimeter of the parking lot. Full bars of Verizon 4G LTE (Roaming) were also available. As always, I left my area cleaner than when I arrived and made an in store purchase to thank Walmart for allowing me to overnight. 

Nice easy on and off the highway.  Not to noisy.  Parked out near the road.  No one bothered us

We went in and asked permission to park and were gruffly told no. Reading over the review below we figured we would take a chance and had an okay night sleep after all. There were however, quite a few interesting looking characters who were sleeping in the cars. Definitely not our favorite but it worked for us in a pinch.

Plenty of space to park up front ( previous post indicated back of store parking- not a chance.  Area lined with pallets,  cardboard,  etc). 
Well lit.
Clean area. 

Called the store and clerk was very friendly and directed us to park behind Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. Reached the area by driving the road between both stores. Saw a smaller trailer parked out in main parking lot which was extremely busy. We parked a 39' rv flat towing a car.  Area we parked in was clean.

Stay here again and had no problems. There are a lot of trucks and a lot of RVs as well. Tons of homeless people around but nobody seemed to bother anybody.
The lot is big, connecting to Sam's and other stores so there's a lot of room.  It does slope so you have to work to find the more level area but not a big deal, it's free.  The store is great and as always we get supplies here. 

Parking lot full most of the night- finding a good level place - ok

The greatest part is if you need to shop at other places on foot. Kohl’s, Sams, Petco, Dollar Tree right there. Many fast food places to eat within walking distance. 

The store manager was very nice. Big lots and very quiet. We had a 25ft. Trailer but bigger RVs will be ok as well

A nice clean Walmart. A few other RV’s and lots of semis here for the night....nice spacious parking lot. We loaded up on groceries and a few other things...nice Walmart to stay at. 

Good place and quiet

Walmart parking lot was pretty full with cars when we pulled in at 5 pm, so we parked temporarily at Sam's Club adjoining lot. Sam's lot had signs posted with no truck parking. We went into Walmart and was told they prefer for us to park in their lot if possible but no one should bother us if we stayed in Sam's outer spots. They said after 10 pm Sam's lot was open to RV parking normally. The next morning there were 2 RV's and 2 semi's spread out between both lots with no problems. 

Management was very nice to us we stayed here on our way up to Minnesota and then again on our way back through .
