Dream Lake Camp

Unusual to leave a poor review, but can’t have a clear conscience about leaving things unsaid. Despite Craig, its kind and hospitable owner, Dream Lake Camp is a very rough campground. Bare Romex electric cables laying above ground lead to all the power posts - ours sparked and shorted when we simply plugged in our surge protector. A daisy chain of garden hoses lay above ground going to most sites. The Dream Lake is a mossy green pond and mosquito breeding ground. The entrance has overhanging foliage that scrapes against both sides of a coach. There are many more deficiencies but no need to go on. Someday, with a great deal of maintenance, this could become a “dream” but far from it today.
