Cheyenne Walmart Supercenter

We need to think about what we are doing out here.  Even now there are RVs with slides out, jacks down and cords extended to generators.  One of the rvs does not have the tv hitched.  The other Walmart in Cheyenne already stopped overnighting.  I guess this one will be next.

Parked behind the Panda Express as suggested. No disturbance. We also saw a few campers, who parked left of the farmacy entrance. 

Nice overnight stay.  Parked in the lot behind Panda Express.  There was no flashing light in the lot as mentioned by previous reviews. Quiet, no issues. Would stay again.

Back again after about 3 years from our last stay. Park in the lot behind the Panda Express. It’s an extension of the Walmart parking lot. Lots of room but not very level. It’s just a one night stand so enjoy the accommodations. 

Didn’t ask permission, parked behind Panda Express as noted in other reviews and didn’t see any other overnighters around unless they came in late and left real early. No problems encountered. The lot does have those annoying security/no loitering flashing lights so if you don’t have window coverings, you’ll dream you’re in a disco all night. Bit of a drive off the highway, but the WM directly off the interstate is posted no overnight parking all over the place. 

Park in the lot behind Panda Garden.   Slight hill.  Has a flashing light in this lot so it could be kind of annoying.   Very busy with many other RV's overnight.  Was quiet

They want you to park I'm the lot behind Panda Garden.  No green space for dogs.  But worked.

We parked our Sprinter RV behind the Sams gas station ⛽ which is very far from the Walmart entrance.  
It was quiet, well lit and safe; however, this lot is where dozens of day shift Walmart employees Park so we should have parked by Panda Express.  
No overnight is posted but there was a semi cab sleeper parked with an occupant overnight to. 

No problems!! Six RV’s spent the night!! We parked in far corner near Panda Express Restaurant! Away from everything.

Park behind the Panda Express. The lot is sort of tight but I have a 38 foot Class A and toad and was able to find a nice spot. Not real level but not too bad for one free night. There’s grass for the dog and a shopping cart parking area close by. I’d definitely stay here again. 

Very crowded lot, not recommend for big rigs

Stayed here last night.  Management is fine with overnight parking for 1 night.  They ask that you park at the back of their lot and behind Panda Express.  Once everything closed for the night it got very peaceful!

We called and they said is ok just to park by their gas station you can always call to make sure we where there the last week of July 2020

Called Walmart. Woman I spoke with was a little ambiguous about overnight parking but said we could park in the large lot north of Panda Express. Lots of shopping and dining nearby if needed. 

There is no overnight parking at Walmart. There is a lot between Walmart and Panda Express that can be parked in over night. It looks pretty small on Google maps. I did call both stores and they agreed that area is ok to park in. Turned out we needed work done on our rig and so we went to Floyd's Truck Center and slept there the night before the work was done... so not sure how the parking in the lot actually is. 

The entrances to all the lots are tight and curbed.  It was challenging to maneuver my 60' long bus and trailer combo into and out of them, super bright parking lot lights also didn't help me sleep.  I prefer the other Walmart after trying this one

Lots of signs saying no overnight parking, but we checked with customer service and were told there was no problem a wished is a good night
 Only small problem was not completely level.

Thank you Walmart.  I appreciate being able to stay over night.

There are signs for no overnight parking. We went to Customer Service and they said those signs are for Frontier Days. They get too many people setting up camp. They don't care at all if you stay the night. They said they appreciated our business. Very nice!

There is a city ordinance that prohibited overnight parking in Cheyenne.  Staying at Flying J instead

This Walmart had about 8 rv's parked in the parking lot when we arrived at 10pm. We had no problems at all staying here. Friendly staff in the store as well!

The signs are posted on the property. Pretty difficult to find a parking spot large enough for big rigs 

We called ahead and were give the ok to stay overnight.  As long as we "Didn't set up camp and have a party."  The lot between Wal-mart and the gas pumps had quite a few campers and big rigs already parked by 7:30 pm.  It was noisy and busy, but felt adequately secure.  

There are lots of signs in the parking lot that say "no overnight parking" so I called the store to ask. Very nice lady said it was fine as long as we parked away from the store. We parked in a small lot between the Walmart and the gas pumps. This lot is not posted. There were other campers as the night went on.
