Canyon View RV Resort

Very well maintained with a ton of amenities.  Long and level sites. Too pricey for an overnight stay but we had no choice, only campground in the area that had availability. 

We stayed here from mid-February through mid-July 2024. The most important thing to note was that this park is sparkling clean. Every single day the crew is raking gavel, pulling weeds, blowing the gravel back into sites, the whole place is only a couple years old and they are taking very good care of it.
The office is spacious, has snacks, some essentials, and some basic RV necessities in case you forgot something. There is a separate room with a huge tv with couches and table with puzzles, games, books and movies. Coffee for a small fee. Off of the office and in the same building is a game room with a pool table, foosball (?), and a ping pong table. Equipment can be borrowed and pool and foosball cost $1 a game I believe. Off this room is the laundry room. Clean, plenty of machines for the population, operated by coin or PayRange app. There is also a bulletin board for announcement and local activities.
One of the best features in this park if you’ve been camping or full-time RVing for any amount of time, is the bathrooms. Individual, large, full bathrooms! There are several at and in the office building as well as a group in the back of the park near the extended stay section. They are clean daily, maybe twice daily? Wonderful water pressure and a private bathroom is such a luxury in an RV park.
There is also a pool, hot tub, splash pad, playground, pickle ball courts, volleyball, disk golf,  corn hole, a covered picnic area that can be reserved for parties, a community fire pit each night, activities through the summer, and a couple small dog parks. Doggy stations throughout the park and we never saw dog poop left behind.
We plan to head back soon!

Clean park, Did not like the extra fee charged if after 8pm and no check in after 10pm. Driving in from Nevada and felt pressured to be there on time. Even called for an ETA

Beautiful clean rv resort.  Cement pads, drive throughs.  Restrooms/showers are individual private rooms.  Super clean.  Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very close to old town Grand Junction and Colorado Natl Momument.  

All RV parks should be like this one. Paved wide streets, large RV sites, concrete patio, clean modern restrooms/showers, friendly helpful staff, dual sewer hookups, etc, etc. Everything worked as advertised, including wi-fi. Stayed 2 nights on the way back from Utah, wish we could have stayed longer, wonderful RV park.  

Beautiful ground (but no trees).  Looks new.   Restrooms and showers are best I’ve seen.   Lots of rules, but I guess I know why.  All top of the line campers.  Easy in and out.  Lots of amenities in the areas.  We only stayed one night, but should have stayed longer.  Colorado National Monument is a must see.  The place is expensive, but it’s worth it.  Not worth the extra price for premium views.

Beautiful park and expertly cared for.   Nice back in site, shower facilities are top notch.  Some interstate noise. Best rv park we’ve ever stayed at.

This lives up to the resort in its name. First class setup nice grass area next to each spot. Our spot had a small fenced dog run, really small but it was great to throw the dogs in while we set up. 2 dog parks, propane fill , recycle center and trash pickup at your site! Expensive but worth it for one night! 

Nice flat gravel, plenty of space with concrete pad for picnic table and firepit., There is a pool and hot tub, lots of activities,  including pickleball. They escorted us in and even guided our backing up. Nice spot next to highway, which wasn't too loud because of the concrete wall barrier. We don't have a dog, but some sites, like ours, even had a  built in dog pen. Would definitely recommend for families.
P.s. Directions on confirmation letter need to be updated. No stoplight now, but a traffic circle at 24 Road and G.

Spent the night on our way east. Was convenient and very clean. Did not use the facilities but did have a camp fire.  Easy access to I70. Would recommend this place, a bit $$ but nice. 

What a beautiful park, sites are big power is good two dog parks it’s just beautiful

This park is differently a five star!!  The sites were groomed and clean, not a piece of gravel out of place. Bathrooms were the best , except because I am short I had a hard time turning the shower on!  This park was very well thought out and planned. Maintenance folks were always busy and well trained.  Not pricy for what you get   I will be back😍

Booked for a week then another week. Nice people and gorgeous sites. You won't be disappointed.

If you have young children, please be wary of choosing this RV Park. The staff and the majority of guests go 20-40+ mph through the park. The management does not enforce it and when we brought it to their attention, a manager said "we can't do anything about it, they are grown adults".. well my child can't fend for himself. And another staff member joked and said "well I'm probably one of the top offenders of speeding". I even sent an email to management with 3 ideas on how to help the speeding problems and my email was never responded to - THEY DON'T CARE! This park is an accident waiting to happen. Although it's beautiful and perfectly landscaped - the management does not care about the well-being of their guests. The nightly rates are over priced as well. There are a ton of other campgrounds in the area that will actually care about you. Go elsewhere, unless you too are in too much of a hurry to slow down for the safety of others.

Friendly staff and clean. New park with amazing views! Very dog and kid friendly as well, highly recommend. 

     Our 2019 F350’s GPS couldn’t locate the park.  The little blue sign pointing down a dead end street concerned me, but there it was.  Ours was a perimeter back-in quite a ways from the office.  Outstanding view of a field with prairie dogs close & colorful hills in the distance.  Large, level site.  Provided internet was sufficient for emails.  An upgrade option is apparently available.  Pretty pricy, but a very nice facility.

What a great spot!  Beautifully maintained for an rv park.  Everyone has a patch of green grass, and I mean real grass not a couple of clumps with dirt.  Each overhead light has a wifi extender so the Wi-Fi is strong.  The bathrooms are over the top for an rv park.  The have 2 fenced in areas for dogs, one small one larger.  The even have a splash park for kids!  The park is only about 1 year old and they did a great job planning it out and maintaining it.  The staff are also very friendly and nice. 

New RV park and I love this place it’s just beautiful ,staff very friendly and they have everything and right off the freeway,easy in/out,would certainly stay again! Paid  with good Sam 68/night

Great place to stay, close to everything in town. Awesome bathrooms, full resort facilities including a fully stocked store, full kitchen, movie room, game room, laundry, pool and hot tub.

Broke a leaf spring and had two blow out flats when I ran something over 40 miles west of Green River, UT… made temporary repairs and limped to this place to wait on parts. Talked with them at check in and they will allow me to make repairs on-site. Also had Bravo RV detailing come out and gave the rig a wash & wax

Brand new! Large gravel spots with a slab of concrete and grass in between the spots. Their bathrooms are the nicest and modern I have ever seen on a RV resort. Close to shops and restaurants. We loved our stop and stay and will be back!
