Camp Rocky Mountain House - Black Sheep Camp

Beautiful park with large grassy area to play frisbee and hang out!!!  The sites are spacious and the river is close to let your dog play in!!  Friendly staff, quiet and great for kids!!  A playground in the center of the campground is an easy focus for imaginative play!!
Some sites are for long term residents but the best sites are for the RV travelers!

Stayed for only one night, but would stay for more anytime. Good reception in 2 year old store. Lots of variety in the type of sites. Some secluded, others with shade, and more open to get Sat. signal. We were in a very well maintained grassed, drive-thru 50 amp, water, dump station with easy access. OK and free Wi-Fi. $40 with Good Sam discount. 

We were here for 3 nights and were very pleased with the management as well as campground. Beautiful playground for kids, super clean bathrooms and shower facilities. Most sites are grass and many sites have shade. Right along the Saskatchewan River and 4 kms from the town that has everything you might need. Make sure you check out the local museum which spotlights one of Hudson Bay Companies first western trading posts. Johann and Danielle were very welcoming and someone led us to our site and offered to help set up. There is an 8 kph speed limit in the park but worst offenders were the driver's of the work Kubota's causing lots of dust. This would be my only negative comment on this park and as such would highly recommend to anyone who asks!
