Please Be Considerate

Walmart provides a great store with ample parking to accomodate RVs. Many even allow travellers to park and catch a few hours of rest (depending on city ordinances). Please use common courtesy and follow these guidelines to ensure that they will continue to extend this courtesy to us.

Ask the store manager for permission to stay.
Do not stay for multiple days.
Leave it cleaner than you found it.
No grills, chairs, etc. Walmart is not a campground.
Buy your supplies, groceries, etc. in the stores.

“Huge lot, parking ok, some "residents"”

Customer service said parking is allowed up to 24 hours and they don't care where you park. I put myself next to a bunch of shipping containers. It was a little loud; there are definitely people who regularly camp out here and a couple of them were fighting. It wasn't bad enough to make me move though 🤷‍♀️

“Stayed one night, some no parking overnight signs”

I was told by an employee some managers  kick you out, other managers let you stay. Be warned.  Cracker Barrel 5 miles away.
Walmart has Huge parking lot. Stayed way out by the Wells Fargo Bank and hid in the dark under the trees.  Sam's Club across street.
Left by 9 a.m. to be respectful as I stayed Overnight. Don't give them a reason to kick you out (slide outs, generators, lawn furniture, grills)
