Bayshore RV Park

This was our second time staying here. Last time, the park wasn't full, and we had lovely neighbors.  However. this time, we had neighbors who played their radio all the time. With such tight spaces, it was difficult not to have a joint camping experience with those on either side.  So, it is the luck of the draw. The park is trying to squeeze every dollar they can, including a $20 fine for early check (even an hour). The laundry was as okay as it could be with old machines. Nice scenery, but not good enough for a return visit to an out of the way location. 

The park has a great location on the bay. Some spots have bay views. The spots are stacked very close together. You could reach out your window and shake your neighbors hand. Spots are 30 amp FHU. The camp host was very friendly and helpful. Laundry is two washers and dryers. Didn't use the restrooms, showers, or wifi. 

I would give this park a higher rating if it were 50 amp and were spaced better. 

Quiet, very out-of-the-way spot on Walapa Bay.  Full hookups, though some are on the wrong side of lots.  Decent bathrooms.  First-class restaurant across the street at the Tokeland Hotel.

Friendly enough staff.  Lots are unpaved and some on grass, so can be muddy if it rains.  But very picturesque if you get a bay-side lot.

Tony was very friendly. The Wi-Fi was excellent for us to work remotely. We paid $60 to park by the bay which has beautiful view. We only stay one night and did not see the bathroom. But will definitely stay again for the strong Wi-Fi. 

The man running it was rough. Checking in it was as if we were inconveniencing him. This attitude continued the whole stay. There are 2 sites with a triangle of grass otherwise you are just a few feet apart from your neighbor. Pictures show water views with stone fire pits. Those are only on one side for about 4 sites. The other side is much smaller and just has small fire rings. Only room for a couple chairs. No tables. $63 is alot for no actual water view from a "water view " site. Also a couple large area dogs loose and roam daily. Park is tiny. No where to walk since the 2 lane road is busy & no sidewalks.  2 houses in the park. There's also construction going on them. From about 8am till sun down. ( looks as if its just started) Lots of workers trucks makes it even tighter. The bay is empty most of the time. Just mud. Best thing was the internet was good. Would not stay here again. 

We just spent 3 days at Bayshore RV park. Most spots are VERY close together if there wouldn't of been a cancelation so our friends could park one spot over we would have had zero space to sit outside our camper and the awning definitely couldn't have gone out. It advertises private beach which I guess technically there is one but it is a rocky climb down...a little sketchy and if you have mobility issues or aren't comfortable with climbing you cant really get to the beach and its all rocks....not the normal WA rocky beaches but rocky to where we couldn't enjoy it after we made the trek down. The hook ups weren't in the best spots. If our friend did have a tube we connect to our we would of had to hook up the truck to the trailer and move it in order to dump. We book on a 4.5 rating on Google but definitely feel its more like 2 to 2.5 stars. We won't be back.

50, maybe 60 years ago, someone with a nice house and large beach front lot, decided they could make some money by turning their place into an RV Park.  So you can understand why maneuvering can be a bit tight and the sites are tight as well.  The park was experiencing sewage problems while we were there but hopefully they will do some upgrade work during the slow season.  Most guests were there for the fishing when we were there.  Quiet, nice views from some sites and plenty to see in the area.  Would stay there again.

We came upon this nice little RV park about 3 years ago. We got a waterfront site. It was a little cramped but we got along very well with our neighbors so it was great. Listening to that ocean breeze and hearing those waves is one of a kind. The owners where nice. They let us be but then again we are respectful campers so that makes a big difference I suppose. We are thinking of going again this weekend. Also there is a little casino right around the corner. So yes we had fun.

Beach sites have perfect views of the bay. Clean area and restroons. Owners are very friendly and helpfull. Highly reccomend staying here.
