Bay Aire RV Park

We stayed in Nov and used Passport America so we got 50% off. We used the bike trail and went to the beach every day. The park is in a primo area and close to everything. The staff was helpful and friendly, the shower house is always clean. 
We came back again for a few days in March. There were so many events being put on by the park. It seemed like every day there were events. We ate at several close by restaurants, used the heated pool every day, walked each morning on the pinelas trail. Jan and LaDonna work in the office and gave us lots of recommendations. The Jims helped us with getting our trailer parked.
The first time we stayed here we had a shaded site. This most recent stay we had mostly sun. Some sites are bigger than others. All of the sites are gravel with a concrete patio and very clean.
The only suggestions I’d make would be for more pull through spots.

My slide is 6 inches from my neighbor's awning... these spots are TIGHT.  No room for tents/screen rooms. Parking for extra/tow vehicle/toad very tight.  Streets are paved, parking spots are gravel, with a very narrow concrete "patio." The park is the usual mix of RVs, park models, and manufactured homes. Smallish park (roughly 60 RV lots)... Staff is excellent and very helpful. Pool is nice, but could really use some landscaping.   There are lots of activities for folks looking for things to do on site. Close to good shopping, restaurants, etc.  $125/night and $625/week make the it one of the most expensive of the 5 parks in this area, but with the smallest spots.  For the same price, the nearby KOA or Sun Retreats Dunedin are much nicer. Temps (mid-February) were in the high 60s/low 70s. Be aware: this park has switched from the trusty old coin-op laundry machines to the new digital card system (a disaster). There is a laundromat nearby.

Very well managed, owners/managers are constantly cleaning and assisting. We stayed Thanksgiving week, daily rate is $101( $50 with PPA). Lots of activities, we were invited to Thanksgiving dinner. Unlike many RV places there is no standing water so less bugs. WIFI could be better

We stayed a month in March. Sites are tight  but they do get you to your site and help you back in. Price is reasonable for the area  Heated pool is always perfect and there are tons of activities. Across street from Pinellas Bike trail and close drive or bike to several great beaches. Price reasonable and staff very nice. Also close to restaurants.

This Rv Park is in a perfect location...Sits on the bike path and on the gulf...Trolley available right outside the park entrance to head to Tarpon Springs or all the way to Indian Rock Beach / Clearwater....The park is Family Owned...Reasonable Prices for this area....STAFF top notch...Very Welcoming...Amazing Showers...Bathrooms Spotless...Heated Pool...Big Rec Hall with all kinds of activities...Laundry Facilities with clotheslines...Propane Station...and walking distance to all grocery stores & restaurants just outside there back gate.....What more can you ask for...It was a wonderful stay & would stay again without a doubt...They accept Passport America....Perfect Location! THANK You! 

Many mega RV resorts on I 19, not our style. Jumped on Alt I 19 S and found this spot. Dropped 2 stars only because units are packed in like sardines. Nice people, clean amenities, quiet. Pool, laundry w/ clothes line (love that!), showers, rest rooms. Many long term occupants. We're here for only 2 nights. Would stop here again for a couple of nights.

But 32 for a nights stay was fine.  Great showers, a pool, and good version. That is all we were looking for as we passed through.
