A Country Charm RV Park

What a nice stay while visiting Hamilton, MO.   Pull through site 3 has a large grassy area on the camp side with privacy.  Tables and fire pits at each site.  Park is well maintained and park is very dark at night and very quiet.   

The campground was clean and nice.  Never saw the owners but spoke with  her several times on the phone.  She was always helpful and very nice.  Would definitely stay here again.

Watch out for this place. We called them and made a reservation to stay one night while driving across MO. As we were getting near we realized we were going to arrive 15 minutes after their 7 pm check in time. 
We called and asked if we could give them a credit card # and could they give us the site #. 
The receptionist was very nice but said she had to check and would call back. 
The manager called back and told my wife if we couldn’t get there by 7 we needed to find another place to stay as they don’t accept people after dark. Sunset here is 8:30 and when pointed out he said my wife had an “attitude”. 
We drove through Hamilton at 7:15 and found another place to stay. 

Nice park right in Hamilton, MO. Were greeted on arrival. Bathrooms extremely clean.  copilot GPS missed again. The entrance to the park is right on Davis street. 

Beautiful well taken care of park. Pleasant and friendly owners. Wifi and laundry too. I'd definitely return if in the area.  BUT DO NOT FOLLOW MAPQUESTS DIRECTIONS. THEY TAKE YOU ON BUMPY ROADS. RATHER STAY ON THE MAIN ROAD. 

Very nice, small campground. Very neat and well maintained. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Sites are well groomed and the infrastructure is new. We will stop here again!!

We stayed for a couple of days to do some shopping in town at the Missouri Quilt Star Shops!  Everyone was pleasant!!  We even had the local Mayor driving us to and from the campground!
Just the quaintest of places.  Showers were immaculately kept!

Clean, safe, quiet, and the most peaceful stop that we have had on our cross country journey. 13 miles off of the interstate but well worth the drive - highly recommended, will stay again on our return.

Perfect small RV park for 13 rigs with friendly owners. There is no map given so I’ll tell you that the two, clean, new baths and showers are on the left side of the little gray office building. The laundry room with a washer a dryer ($2each) is the door beside the office. Great place to stay a night or two to see MSQC.

Great little park. Very clean and well maintained. Love all the grassy area. The site we had was on gravel and  level. One washer and One dryer...$2.00 each. Just a couple blocks from MSQC. Also near all the J.C. Penney sites. Would definitely stay here again.
We originally had only planned to stay a week but we BOTH had medical emergencies and had to go to St. Luke's hospital on the Plaza in KC to have our gallbladders out within a week of each other!
The park owners were so gracious in letting us extend our stay.  We are Sr. Full-Timers with a 35ft travel trailer and crew cab pick-up

I was given the space all by itself! The view was great because I faced the field no other campers in sight until I looked out the other side! Lol! The spaces were nice. They have a nice field as I mentioned but also a very nice fenced in area for your dog. The gate has a gap so be careful if you have a small escape artist because they will fit thru the gap! I stopped here for the Missouri Star Quilt Company and the Walt Disney Hometown Museum. A very nice park to spend a few nights. If quilting is not a draw for you, you might concern somewhere else because there isn’t a lot of anything to do after 5p.

This RV Park is an ideal location whether you need an overnight to rest or like most of us heading to Missouri Star Quilt Company. Jerry is an incredible host. He took time to try and teach me how to back up into my spot, after some failed attempts, he sailed it in. The spots are nicely layer out and so level I didn't even unhook my 30' 5th wheel. The owners shared with me that there is a private extended seating Golf Cart that will pick you up, drop you off and bring you back with just a phone call. That ride on top of an excellent RV Park made my stay 100% prime enjoyment. My courtesy driver was none other then the Mayor of Hamilton. Trust me, you can walk, you can drive yourself but the $1.25 tour I received from Keith left me wanting to get off the road and move here. Kidding about the $1.25, he takes donations and I'm positive if Missouri Star Quilt Company has something big happening you might not get the tour.
A huge shout out to Jerry for having one of the nicest maintained RV Parks I have visited. It was fun, after a day of shopping, visiting with other quilters and discussing our finds. Do not pass this place by. Make your reservations early, he books up fast.

We stopped by here on our way north for a night of rest.  If you are traveling by we highly recommend this park, it is small but very clean and quiet, the owners are super friendly people.  We were driving a 38' class A towing a four door jeep and had no trouble getting into our site and getting out the next morning with tow vehicle still hooked up.

We stayed one night..very nice and quiet.  Had an issue with our slide and owner was very helpful trying to help us. 

What a beautiful park!  It’s small, but our 40 ft with tow fit perfectly in the #3 site.  Nice level site.  The owner is very friendly and helpful.  Only recommendation would be if your are towing, disconnect before entering the park and after leaving.  A little tight for us going in with tow, so we connected after leaving.  Will definitely stay here again!

Small campground but clean and quiet. Love the convenience of being able to park our camper and walk to town for shopping, a visit to the museum, and to get ice cream. It’s about 1/2 mile walk or there is a shuttle you can get (tips is how you pay for it). Site was level. Owner very friendly.  

I could see this place filling up during regular tourist season, so would call ahead. Also, if you have a big rig, I would definitely call ahead.

What a great little park with full hookups. They have a laundry room (did not use) and very nice and clean bathroom/showers. The owners are very friendly as well!

BOOK EARLY! There are only 12 sites and it fills up every night. Our 43’ Entegra MH fit just right in our back-in site. Owner, Jerry, has lots of room for adding more in the hear future. I agree with everything others have said about Jerry. He was hands on in building this park in 2017 and his pride of ownership shows in how meticulous everything is. He is what we look for in park ownership and management. The town of Hamilton is the the birthplace of John Cash Penny (JCPenny). He opened his 500th store here. This town is quilting central for the USA. There is only one blinking red light in down town (population: 1800).

A change in plans brought us to this park.  Small park ( about 20 sites) but large fhu sites. Grounds are well maintained and the bathroom/ laundry immaculate.  The wifi even worked but did slow down in the eve. Town is about a 10 min walk.  Apparently this town went under in 2008 but started a quilting industry which has given it quite a boost.   Ate a delicious bfast at Eggo's.  All in all, an unexpected gem! 

We were given the worst site in the park. Very narrow and when we stepped out of RV there was a large drop off. No wifi except at office. Way over priced. Only 1 washer and dryer. It was in a very scenic setting.

Enjoyed our stay from the moment we got here. Jerry was very friendly and showed us right to our pull through gravel site which was pretty level and surrounded by grass and trees. Nice fire pit for roasting marshmallows in the evening. Quiet nights sleep with only nature’s noise.

As the previous reviews have said, Jerry is fantastic!   He is very welcoming and happy to drop off some firewood while he is checking on you while you get set up.  This place is so peaceful and beautiful.  Lots of green grass and trees.  Sites are comfortably spaced and level.   Not sure how many acres the grounds are, but I would bet close to ten acres with half that dedicated to a park-like setting to walk your dog, or just sit under a tree at a picnic table and have a glass of wine.  We stopped on our way to Colorado and will definitely be back!  

Nice place, will be back if in the area. 

Small campground, but immaculately kept. Level sites, with full hookups. Extremely well-kept bathrooms. Super nice, helpful owners. A little off the beaten path, but well worth the stop. Hamilton is a wonderful little town. Highly recommend. 

Nice park, 13 spaces, lots of grass, open spaces, great bath house, wonder host (Jerry!)  Stayed three nights, great place with full hook up (no cable but many over air stations).  Very clean park, wood in each fire ring ready, enjoyable place.  Enjoyed our stay!

This was a delightful little place to stay! The owner was super accommodating and friendly. We were not able to arrive before closing time but Jerry made sure everything was ready for us. Super service! Thanks Jerry. The restrooms/showers were spotless! We were treated to an evening serenade by some owls. The quilt shops are just down the street. 

We camped at A Country Charm RV Park for one night in the last week of September 2019.  We arrived with reservations and were checked in and helped to our campsite by the park’s owner.  Very friendly and helpful service that was much appreciated.  For $38 we had full hookups (30 amp electric, water, sewer)  in a pull through site.   Our site was not level, but I was able to level our motorhome easily.  The campground is a small but very well designed and laid out.  The facilities are new and very well maintained.  We did not use the public restrooms or showers that are available on site.  On the outskirts of the down town business area of Hamilton, it’s an easy walk or drive to the shops that most people come to town to visit.  The RV park is surrounded by acres of beautiful grassy lawn and trees.  Because of the convenience of this location and the popularity of the town to visitors, I’d recommend reservations for any visit here.  I really liked the small size of this park and all the amenities offered.  This is a great RV park.   

Nice campground about 2 years old.  Stayed with 43’ Class A. Jerry the owner was very welcomng.  Would stay again if we needed a layover for the quilt stores my wife loves. 

Enjoyed our short stay here.  Nice grassy, spacious sites.  Great place to stay and to shop the quilting stores nearby.  Very quiet and peaceful setting.  Hosts were very nice.

As others have stated, Jerry makes this place fantastic.  Very helpful in getting us settled.  He even helped me repair a broken step!  The place is small, but very pretty.  Lots of green grass and a creek.  The amenities are good... WiFi is decent, bathrooms/laundry room is good.  Only think missing is a pool... but who cares?

Jerry met us as we drove in and treated us like family! Helped get my rig in the perfect spot and even set blocks down in the wet ground!

Jerry the owner greets you when you arrive. Very attentive. Park is small but has a lot of charm. Extremely clean bathrooms. Green grass...quaint...just a peaceful serene park! If you are coming to Hamilton to visit the Missouri Star Quilt shops this is where you want to stay! Pride of ownership shows in this little gem!

If your visiting Missouri Star Quilt this is the place to stay... right in the edge of town. Jerry will welcome you and guide you to your spot. It’s a very small park... but very well maintained, peaceful and quiet

What a nice campground. It may be small but it's Big on friendliness and charm. Very clean. We will by e back!

This is a Great place with mostly back in sites, Some pull through so ask before coming if that is something you need. Sites are level side to side so setup is easy!  Great lawn and a stream! Real nice shade trees by the stream.  FYI:  Hook ups for back in sites are at the rear of the site.  Also , if you want WiFi you will have to bring your own until they get theirs set up ! This place is new and expanding . Not everything can be done all at once.  Also Shade trees are around the park and by the stream, not at the campers,  so satellite dish should have no problem.  There are 4 OTA  channels !  CCP are not a problem!  No open carry guns!  I will definitely come back!  

Nicest little new RV park on the block...  beautiful sites with enough room to ensure privacy, but still close enough to visit and meet the neighbors... Owners joined us at one site with guitar in hand for a little jam session...  4 months since they opened and park is awesome... Bath house and laundry still under construction but will be completed soon... we called three hours before arrival and still got in for the night...  we visited in a 32 foot motor home with no problems noted at our assigned full hookup site... This place is way up on our list of places to return too... could have easily spent a few days here... we stayed one night on June 7th, 2018...
