Devon Lions Campground

Very crowded on the weekend. If you’re looking for a spot to reflex after a long drive this is probably not the spot.  If you would like to stay book the water sites a bit quieter and less crowded.

This is a very nice campground, accessible by big rigs with pull thru lots. Very beautiful on the bank of the river. Quite the hill to pull into and out of the campground though! Our only negative was that we were charged full price for a 30 amp full service site, but the water lines were still frozen as of May 3 & 4th. We were told to go fill our fresh water tank at the dump station and use the onboard pump, but no discount on the price of the site was offered.

This park is very accessible for big rigs and for us new to pulling a 5th wheel trailer! It's quite a hill to get down into and out of the park. Wifi is not that great. Our only negative was we got here and paid for a full service site, but the water lines were still frozen (May 2!), but we were not given a discount on the nightly rate because of this lack - just told to go fill with water at the dump station and use our pump onboard.

Friendly and helpful staff.  Free showers and very clean facilities.  River view from some sites is breathtaking.
